Very nice inn. Very clean and modern. The hosts were excellent.

Beautiful, peaceful, tastefully decorated. Our room was very comfortable . The guests spoiled us with restaurant recommendations and the best ever breakfast of fruit salad , eggs Benedict, home fries, juice and coffee. What a treat ! That we could only stay one night

Breakfast was excellent! The room was large and very comfortable. Very tastefully decorated throughout the whole house. The place was emaculate and the yard was amazing. We definitely will stay again! Nothing.

All the comforts of home in a well run and welcoming charming New England bed and breakfast. Breakfasts were sublime and absolutely delicious . Every morning was another breakfast that wowed our tastebuds. Perfect start to each day. The owners-Mike and Bill were very accommodating and made us feel like family. The entire place was immaculate and decor was beautiful. At breakfast- We enjoyed the view of the yard filled with colorful flowers and friendly birds in the fountain. The atmosphere is lovely and perfect for a couple with nearby restaurants and shopping for all kinds of things. We explored surrounding Maine parks, antique shops, shows and more…and loved to come back each evening to a fresh room. Bed was comfortable and snooze inducing. The fireplace was a wonderful finish to each day. Highly recommend and will return to experience the best of Maine’s hospitality at Elmere Bed and Breakfast.

Our stay was fantastic! Our room was comfortable. The breakfast was great. Owners were extremely thoughtful. It was our anniversary, which we did not disclose in our booking. However, they were able to place a card and bottle of prosecco in our mini fridge while we grabbed our luggage out of the car. The house is on a main road that has a lot of traffic. There was a lot of bumper to bumper traffic on the weekend. However the rooms at the back of the house are far enough away to muffle the noise from the road.

The breakfasts were outstanding!!! Chatting w Bill and Michael was so much fun!! The room was beautiful but my husband was looking for place to set up his laptop w/in the room. Didn’t find one. But that was ok. The pocket door in our bathroom was extremely hard for me to slide across in order to use the facility. My husband had to close and open it each time. The inn was absolutely beautiful and was very well maintained. Kudos to Bill and Michael! Have a great winter!!

The breakfasts were scrumptious! Bill is an excellent cook, and Michael went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Overall, it was a wonderful visit; we didn't want to leave!

Very friendly staff with an excellent breakfast. The only complaint was the bathroom shower arrangement. Too many shower curtains to deal with.

The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, particularly the Eggs Benedict. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the English muffin was perfectly crunchy, which prevented it from getting soggy with the sauce and egg yolk.
