The Beaches Guest Rooms and Cottages

I wouldn't recommend. The staff are very kind and friendly. The cottage was dirty and dusty. The bathroom and shower are tiny. The screen on the screen door is ripped and the handle/lock appears to be broken completely off.

Overall experience was good and I would definitely stay again as well as recommend it to others.

Enjoyed two nights in a clean, roomy cottage with everything we needed. Definitely on the list for return trips.

Very good

Affordable, nice staff, easy check in, pet friendly The window unit ac left a huge gap in the window and let in a lot of the road noise. Weird bathroom set up. Tiniest sink in the world (which is fine) and a little shelf right above it made it very difficult to wash your face or brush your teeth.

For an inexpensive stay over in Kennebunk area you can’t go wrong. Just a few short minutes from all the attractions. We road the Eastern Trail from Kennebunk to Bifford and then Saco to South Portland. The room was adequate and comfortable.

The cabin was dirty not at all like the pictures even the pictures hanging on the wall, the frames were broken. The beds were so uncomfortable. You could not sleep on them. Sheets and comforter were stained.

Location Room was TINY, window wouldn’t open.

The convenience of a keyed entry door and additional screen door made it easy to pack and unpack.

I noted pets there which was nice, never saw staff so I cannot say and the room was clean and has a/c

Good location, close to Marginal Way, Ogunquot Beach and Wells

We have gone to Wells Maine frequently over the past 20 years. This is, by far, the best place ever!!

Nice property, and a great stay.

I liked the price but I guess that says a lot. We opened the door to our room and it smelt like a public bathroom. The king size mattress was lumpy. The wardrobe had someone else’s hair on the shelves inside. The nightstand had a drink ring still on it and questionable beard hair…? The bathroom was surprisingly clean, but the shower curtain liner could have been refreshed. Rooms aren’t sound proof, one neighbor showed up at quite time 10pm, lots of talking and in and out of the door unpacking then constant loud foot steps in the room. The pool was refreshing and clean, but not maintenance to the pool area whatsoever, grass over grown, old table and chairs. The location was decent for a trip to Wells Beach. But loud being on the main road.

Family of 4. We enjoyed our stay and we were well taken care of when we needed something. The young gentleman that works there really invested in making sure all runs smoothly and helpful. Very calm and quiet place. Easy check in and out. Would recommend bringing your own pillows. Need your car to travel to beach or restaurants in main hot spots.

Nice place to stay. Clean rooms, dog friendly, and there's a charcoal grill and a small pool.

Very very hot and not the cleanest

Terrible communication and I know they’ll reply to this and say how you reached out to the number well I had tried and I also tried reaching out to the number in the email that they text me from when it was only convenient for them. It’s literally the bare minimum checked in at exactly 3 o’clock and checked out at 6:45 AM mildew in the bathroom definitely won’t be back.

I imagine this place was beautiful back in the day. But now is really outdated. The room was very simple and clean. Nothing special, no decor on walls, very small tv in room. The cottages look very outdated and in need of some TLC. There is a pool on site which included very outdated seating and lawn furniture and overgrown grass and weeds. They are in need of a landscaper/handyman. It looks like mostly teenagers/young adults are running the place. There is an ice maker on site but no vending machines or other amenities. It was okay for our one night stay.
