Clean room, hood staff, quiet place

The accommodations are pretty outdated. The rooms are sufficient as a place to stay and the AC was very good. The bed is very low to the floor and not comfortable. The TV is set up only for ROKU and there’s no local news, weather or sports. If you’re looking for a low budget room as a base to come back to after a day at the beach or shopping, this is the place for you. Harold was pleasant and attentive which made up for a lot.

Not too much grassy grounds, Wished, they had a walking path area in the back for our Pets to also enjoy the grounds!

Cute cottages. I didn’t even think to make sure they were heated. There was no heat. It was pretty cold at night. Beds were not too comfortable. Screened in porch could have been wiped down. Not many places are dog friendly in Maine so it was nice that they allowed dogs.

Nothing stands out Older facilities, kitchen area very cold, inadequate bedding, tear in linoleum in bathroom.

We loved the ease of check-in/out. The proximity to Kennebunk. The cleanliness, large room size, and easy parking right out front the door. We were there in December (it snowed!) but the heater kept us nice and warm. We’ll definitely be back. Bigger closet and more blankets would be nice.

Pictures online make it seem nicer than it is. Shampoo they have for you comes in a packet like a packet of ketchup. No staff on premises when i went to ask a question. No daily cleaning. Refrigerator made noise all night long. Can hear conversations from people in neighboring rooms.

Check in and out was easy. The beds were hard and we were not able to sleep. The room was in disrepair, especially the bathroom with rotted trim and heating cover. We could not wait to leave.

We liked the cabin. Very comfortable. Bathroom a bit small, but everything else was great.

There was absolutely no water pressure when we took a shower. The lighting was terrible. The room was not bright. No staff available. You had to call if you had an issue. However, will give them thumbs up for being pet friendly.

We did not even stay there. It was horrible. They would not refund our money and they charge me a pet fee when we didn’t even stay there. When I booked the room, it was almost $300 a night and then when I went back and checked when we got there, they were $100 a night rooms. I asked why we were charged almost $300 and they said they just changed the rates. I would’ve never booked it because I know what $100 a night rooms are like.

It wasnt worth the price we paid. The room was clean but dated. Dangerous looking ceiling fan. Beds need to be updated, very uncomfortable.Only one very small trash can in room. No iron nor hair dryer. Did self check in all on line there was no staffing at desk.

Door key code was nice, no need to carry an extra key.

It was a terrible MOTEL. It was run down. Furniture was ugly and outdated. The bed was literally on the floor. The tv remote did not work. We had to put the coffee maker on a chair to be able to use it. Whoever painted did an awful job.

Rooms were clean and basic. Staff that we encountered were friendly. Had to do a precheck in on the computer as the front desk is not staffed. The pool was clean as well. Not able to walk to the beach but that was ok with us. The shower had poor pressure. The beds need updating.
