Staff was not there the whole time, but there are ways to get ahold of them as needed and they were very helpful and kind.

Clean room. No one to check me in. Ever thing done by phone. Pay someone to be at front desk to check people in. That makes your hotel 2nd rate.

We did not stay because my credit card was refused.

This hotel was so filthy. I had trouble breathing and left in the middle of the night. There was a distinct fume in my room and I couldn't breath. Iwas coughing and finally I left. This should be closed down and the health department should be called in.

When i arrived and checked in the room they had me in wasn't even ready and was still being cleaned so i got moved to another room that was absolutley disgusting. The carpet was completely stained the lights in the room didn't even work, the fridge was leaking water all over the floor and the bathroom facilities looked like they weren't cleaned. Had to leave right after checking in and get a different place because this one was absolutlely disgusting. Stayed here last year and it was really nice. Never going to stay here again. Waste of money

Bare bones. Ok for one night stay. Right on the main drag. Desk person there 3-6 only.

No elevator. No in-room coffee. Poor mattress. No hangers for clothes. No one on site for incidentals. Lobby door constantly locked, poor lighting.

I liked the place. I slept well. I would stay there again. My only problem was I needed to ask them to print something for me and the front desk person said she couldn’t because they did not have a printer.

The room wasn't ready on time. It was just OK.

Originally booked two rooms through Expedia. Cancelled one room and got key cash for refund but that was a hassle trying to do that since when I booked through Expedia it said pay at property yet property charges first night when you book.

Carpet throughout the room was very old and heavily stained. I was horrified by all of the dark, oily looking areas that were probably from years of spills! I didn't see a single staff member cleaning or vacuuming during my stay!

Nothing The room was tiny. It is close to the road. THERE WAS NO STAFF1 Because there was no staff, there was only a camera at the front door. What kind of business operates in this way?

Do NOT recommend staying here. Torn bedding, mold around shower, water stains on the ceiling, repairs were either necessary or already poorly done. Individual-sized toiletries had been previously used.

The look of the room seemed like it was clean. The first night, while sleeping I was thinking the was on me. I removed the wool type blanket. The next day when I got back to the room I pulled the sheet down and I saw these a few blackish dots. I a picture of them and they turned out to be bed bugs. I went and spoke with the person at the desk (she was nice both days). She came to the room and looked at the issue. She offered to change the sheet. I let her know that I will be checking out. The room was wall to wall carpet. How do we know if there were bed bugs on the floor? She once again offered to change the sheet. I asked if we could do a refund - because changing the sheet is not fixing the issue. I was told that they will not offer a refund. Sadly, I will not go back there. If you stay here - strip the bed down and look for any little dots ( they are very small). Just shocked they would not offer even half of a refund.

plenty of towels. shower and bathroom floor clean. everything needed was provided in the bathroom. window curtains were not setup to open at all for privacy, Room very dark. Curtains were dirty and zip tied so you could not move them at all. Top of refrigerator too close to bed, Dirty and stained due to people using it for a nightstand, there should an night stand table on that side, other side was hard to access. Exposed wires hanging down on the ceiling from a former smoke or carbon detector. Staff not in office much at all or readily available.

Cute place...kinda off balance on the floors...I felt like I was going down hill all the time...but it was clean and comfy bed...we were there about 10.30pm to 4.30 am...so it served its purpose for a bed and shower....

Lockbox didn’t work Had to wait an hour while a nice employee from neighboring inn helped get the key out of box
