The Beach Rose Inn

The property was very clean and the staff was also very helpful with anything we needed...

Rooms small. Vanity counter small.

I found it to be a little bit misleading from the photos. The room was a bit worn motel room and didn't really look like what I thought I had booked. Picture was ripped off the wall and exposed wires in the room around tv no ottoman just a worn dresser. The balcony was shared but nice. The bathroom had a nice vanity. Also found a couple of little red bugs... Location was convenient yet not very near the beach.

Wifi is horrible!

Clean room. Not great air conditioning ( it’s a heat pump and it did not regulate)The staff for the first couple days was good. But the staff the last day acted like we were bothering her. Probably won’t go back.

Location was good for what we were doing. Tv in my room didn’t work. No one available at desk to ask fur help.

Firs, I will say the towels were clean. The room however was shabby beyond compare. The floor isn't level. There are holes in the wall. The curtains are falling off the rod and held in place with zip ties. There were dead bugs on the floor. The rug was stained. The bed was sunken in the middle. The dead bolt on the door doesn't work. I don't know how this owner can allow people to stay there in this condition.

its a horrible place no ventilation I got sick I had to leave day earlier lost a day of hotel charges

Staff was great. Room was very cute and clean. Just no WiFi connection with out passvword and didn't have a pass word. Will stay again and recommend the beach rose to others

Comfortable clean property not too far from the Oceanside. I checked in at about 9:00 p.m. with remote check in, was given instructions on how to get my room key. Nice bathtub with good hot water.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. The staff was a big help with the check-in process. I had to leave quite early in the morning, so I hope it was okay to just leave my key in the room.

The bed was comfortable Towels to high to reach, no coffee maker, no iron, no long mirror, not well decorated. Room to small. No bar by toilet. No microwave. Toilet too low.

The room was in good condition but very spare. You can add a keurig. That would make a big improvement. There was a half filled carafe of coffee there at 7 am, nowhere in sight to empty it, so I didn’t bother with it. Time to get with the times.

have stayed here many times; location and comfort each time i stay check-in gets more difficult and inconvenient. the wi-fi was useless and there was no hot water in the morning. also, parking and walk areas had not been cleared fully of snow and was slick in areas.

The room was sufficient for what we needed, and the bed was VERY comfortable. The wi-fi was spotty at times, which is what negatively impacted our stay. Overall, a very good value, especially if wi-fi is only required minimally, versus working.

Location near beaches and attractions The room smelled like marijuana and outdated furniture, bed was uncomfortable, and the carpet was dirty.

The Beach Rose Inn was great as far as location, staff, room size, bed size & comfort and price. Very disappointed that 1. The rug was a mass of stains. 2. The front windows were filthy. 3. The hot water ran out while taking a shower. 4. No Motel/hotel coffee pots & complimentary coffee packets not available. Host coffee was not available until 8:00 a.m. vs 6:00 a.m. at all places we have stayed at.
