Everything was good room was nice but just didnt like the bathroom it was small. Cleaning staff keeped it clean & front desk was very nice..

The ice machine was not working even though the office staff said it had been fixed.

I booked the room very easily from the Expedia site. My family stayed at The USA Inn & Suites many years ago and thought...why, not? The room had a terrible smell when we first walked in. We thought it came from the air conditioner unit. That was turned off and the windows opened. The floors were like beer was spilled on them. Very sticky. We kept our shoes on the entire time. Even when walking to the bathroom. The bed was dirty. The top comforter was a mere white piece of fabric....see through. The blue blanket beneath it was as if a couple who stayed before us and left stains that looked like bodily fluids. We took all of this off and set it in the closet area. We had to spend money on clean/new pillow cases, blankets and a comforter from Reny's right next door. The first night was as if we slept on a box spring and we even went back to Reny's to purchase a king sized mattress pad. Other improvements would be a microwave that works, update the fridge and fix the sliding door that had water and rust in the base. We will not book another stay here in the future.

Room clean. Bed comfortable. Needed a clean place to sleep that’s what we got. Had to leave early so lost that fee for second night

Easy to parking

First place ive been disappointed with in awhile. Dirty and poor office hours

Very low toilet, which was hard for seniors to rise from. Seal on shampoo was difficult to open. No soap dish on sink as opened soap kept sliding around. Room clean, bed n pillows comfortable. Entrance card , and internet worked fine. Location was good. A good average place to stay.

The Location is great, ths beds are firm and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I should bring my own pillow theirs are too soft for me.

Very helpful and pleasant people here.

Room was clean, and mostly updated from a previous stay. Front desk staff was super sweet and helpful. Only thing was the Wifi was very slow, but I just disconnected and used my phone as normal and it was fine. Location is excellent! Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and most importantly the beach!
