Clean, quiet, reasonably priced with a friendly receptionist.

It was conveniently located. We had a stain on our bedding, the shower curtain was moldy, and the rioms door was very dirty. Otherwise was nice place and a great rate.

Very clean rooms and helpful staff. Unfortunately the rooms are not soundproof as advertised; I could hear my neighbors on both sides of me. There are no elevators so needed to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Great location...less than a mile from Wells Beach.

Clean room, good vibe. The motel is close from the Wells Beach.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good. Rooms were clean and spacious. Very quiet atmosphere. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

Tv not working smoke detector going on every 5 minutes no staff to take care of problem

The staff was great. However, the hall ways and stairs were filthy. Not what I expected when paying the amount I paid.

Bathroom was abit small

The hotel changed the dates on my stay and then said there were no rooms for the date I had booked online so I had to last minute find another hotel- not impressed

Looks renovated. Nice varnished floors but not well maintained (washed) : feet get dirty fast as well as socks. Seems they are washed with dirty water. Window sills and patio door sliding at the floor were filthy! Full of dead bugs/flies, dirt. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the room was clean. A/C works well but is quite loud, not good for light sleepers. Very comfortable king bed and pillows. Parking is easy. Well located. Lots of nice restaurants near by. Didn’t like the fact that the main front door of the building was kept opened all night. Doesn’t make you feel secure as anyone could just walked in. WiFi is simply awful. Even the internet connection without WiFi is not great. Very slow and the connection is lost easily. Ice machine was almost always empty which is very annoying. Cheaper than many places around, but I guess you get for what you pay. With just a few improvements on the matters I mentioned would make a huge difference. Would not stay there again if no improvements were made.

Was a little disappointed when we got there at 2:30 when check-in time at three. Although our room was ready, I was informed it was a $30 charge. We took a little ride and got back at 3 o’clock along with another 10 people trying to check in all at the same time. The room was clean and well maintained. Water pressure was a little weak in the shower. Great location. Walking distance to Congdon donuts and Congdon’s after dark, mini golf and a Hannaford‘s grocery store right next-door. Worth the reduced cost compared to other area motels.

Third year staying here. So convenient and super nice staff.
