We loved this hotel. We had to leave our airbnb because they had no appropriate air conditioning and this hotel came in clutch. My daughter loved the pool. Everyone was so nice and friendly. And complimentary breakfast was a big plus.

This is our go to spot whenever we visit Ogunquit Beach. It is kid friendly and breakfast is included!

Everthing was great. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, beatiful grounds, indoor pool and hot tub, but breakfast food could be better. Wasn't bad, but quality could be better.

Our second day there was a sewer-like odor in the hallway on the second floor. It was not overpowering, but it was noticeable.

The stay was great. The only problem was we walked by the front desk 4!different times and the man at the desk never looked up, never said hello or even smiled at us.

Toilet kept clogging. Front of property was not cut. Grass was over 2ft high. Air conditioner kept going to heat and had to keep changing it back to cool and resetting it.

Further no hard boiled eggs 2 days in a row? What does it take to boil eggs. We stay at Hampton Inn in Exeter NH all the time and never had these issues.

We had a bad Airbnb experience and decided on this property as a replacement. Great room and staff. No complaints and 100x better than the Airbnb!!

The pool and breakfast were memorable. The pool hours fit our schedule (6am-11pm). We enjoyed the clean, functional room. The staff were all wonderful!

The staff were great, super helpful! We were happy with the complimentary breakfast as well! The beds were rock hard. The facility is not as clean as other Hilton hotels we’ve stayed at.
