It worked fine for a one night stay. The room was clean, if a bit small, and it was quiet for me. It's a budget place but I think a fair value. The innkeeper was friendly.

Great stay, great location!! The guy who checked us in was very friendly and the room was very clean! Bed was comfortable, stayed one night and would definitely stay again!

The motel was in desperate need of upgrades to furniture, painting, and general overall maintenance. There were plenty of open rooms however our room was under ground level with little to no head room in the main area and especially the shower. A very disappointing room when there were clearly others available.

Small room and bathroom, mattress spring was shot, no tissues available, but clean. Wouldn’t recommend but okay in a pinch.

The room was clean. Bathroom clean. Plenty of towels. Good hot water and water pressure. Did not use the ac, but did use the heat and that worked fine.

It was one of the least expensive options in Ogunquit. I was put in a lower level room that got no light and was disturbed by guests walking overhead. The room was small, the tiny bathroom accessed by a step up. There was mold along the baseboard. You had to drive to get into Ogunquit and the traffic was always backed up.

The owner let me check in at 1030 for an extra $20. It was a crappy day and I was tired and did not want to hang around for 4.5 hours, so I really appreciated that!!!

Never got hot water from bathroom sink surprised we got the shower to be hot. Picture of property and room was poured displayed for what we received.
