Seacoast Motel

The room was clean, but it did not look at all like the photos shown online. The photos of the room online are misleading. This hotel is very dated, vintage furnishings, holes in the wall of our room, the tv didn’t work, the dresser drawer was broken. It was not well maintained and the swimming pool was not open even though it was 7:30pm on a sunny Saturday evening in the summer. So even though the swimming pool looked nice, the gate was always locked and there was no way for us to swim. We didn’t get enough towels after we asked for more. The room smelled very musty and like mold when we turned on the air conditioner built into the wall. Clearly it smelled so bad we didn’t even turn on the air conditioning because it wasn’t even worth it. The room needed a lot of work. I would rate it a 3.5 out of 10. The photos online looked like it had been remodeled but the 2nd floor rooms clearly have not been updated since the early 1980s.

I was pleasantly surprised with the size and comfort of the bed. The room was large. Check in/out process was very easy. Location was right along route 1 so very busy/a little loud, but that seems to be expected with motels. I did not love that the "kitchen area" and the bathroom sink area was all connected, but not a huge deal.

Location to beach Room smelled extremely musty and extremely dated.

Location Alarm, Bell for carbon monoxide was ringing all night. Was never fixed. Front desk staff was very unhelpful.

Always clean and inviting. Rooms need a little refresh.

Welcoming staff were very nice. The staff was great when we checked in to the place. Check out was easy with key drop off.

Perfect room to relax after the beach. Nice clean room to rinse and relax.

Location and price. The beds were very comfortable. The area where the beds were was updated and looked very nice. the bathroom and the area where the microwave and coffee were not updated. Very old and there was a dehumidifier running. The ice maker was not working. The TV was not working the first night but it was fixed the next day.

Don’t stay here! Horrible value. , It was refurbished out of a Dollar store. The toilet handle was upside down!!! Paint worn off….pool dirty.

It was a bed to sleep in close to where we wanted to be. Mold on base of entrance door to room not very clean could seriously use a little cleaning and paint. Tub was filthy you could draw on the soap scum. After all that went to take a shower and water was Luke warm at best very unhappy and won't be back.

It was a - late at night - last minute booking and the staff were very helpful in finding me a room and leaving a keypad lock on the door so I could get my key to access the room. Thank you :)

The room was very clean. Although, dated and needs an update, the cost reflected this. Great area and the staff went above and beyond. I would stay here again.

Heated pool wasnt open (was advertised on the site) Hair dryer mount fell off the wall Room sink was rusted, chipped and didnt drain well ran out of bathroom tissue, office was closed and locked up Pictures on their ads are FALSE In our daughters room there was no smoke alarm, it had fallen out of the ceiling Cheap substandard envelopes of shampoo
