The front desk agent could have had some customer services skills. I felt uncomfortable asking for parking passes for the vehicles staying at the two rooms rented. I have been coming every year and never felt this way before but the parking passes were new.

We enjoyed our hotel stay it was in a great stop to shopping and walking distance to the beach.

This hotel was. comfortable and very economical. Great big room with a porch outside the door, surrounded by big old trees. The crickets at night were really nice. The pool was clean and well maintained. The lawn was beautiful, with Adirondack chairs and picnic tables. A simple breakfast was available every morning. Bed was comfortable. A bit away from the center of town but the shuttle stopped right out front and ran regularly so everything was accessible with no parking headache. I’d totally do it again. The shampoo and soap provided in the room wasn’t the best, so bring your own if that’s important to you. I was totally there to get salty and sandy so I didn’t care. Good pizzeria next door.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice also. The grounds are beautiful and very maintained . The only problem we had is that they use very smelly cleaning products. The wife and I had instant headaches when we stepped in the room. Thank God, the weather was cool so we were able to leave the window and door open most of the time to air out the room.

Bare bones kinda place. Nothing special. Ice machine was broken in our building. Couldn't leave our car parked for a couple hours after checking out, despite there being a ton of spots-w/ parking so expensive in Ogunquit this would have been nice to offer folks. Room was very clean. Breakfast was pretty basic. Little over a mile to town so not really walking distance.

Conveniently located motel with nice curb appeal. Close to many good restaurants & access to downtown OG on the Trolley Stop that is right outside ( $5 per adult $. Easy walk to the beach, the Street to access the beach is across the road.. Room was very clean & staff was friendly. Breakfast was weak but clean . Good stay for a eeek. Oh, the pool was CLEAN & water temp very pleasant.

The personnel were extremely helpful and professional. The Deluxe King Size bed room was great with table and chairs to eat supper on and small kitchenette with fridge (no freezer) microwave and coffee pot including regular and decaf. Continental breakfast with juices, yogurt, muffins, bagels, cereals, fruit and good coffee everything you needed and food you could take with you for snacks later in the day. Excellent price, great location. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely return.

We found visible blood on the bedding that had soaked through the sheets shortly after checking in. No one in our family was injured, and we immediately photographed it and notified management. We were moved to another room late at night, but management’s response was even more upsetting. The manager was dismissive and rude and actually said, “So what would a refund un-traumatize your child?” Finding blood on your hotel bedding is disturbing enough. Being treated that way when reporting it made the experience even worse. We would not recommend this hotel.

First room shown had something that should have been flushed in toilet and a used towel on the counter, staff was very accommodating about changing rooms. Second room had very slow draining sink and hot cold monitoring was iffy. Extra unit in room - not sure for heat or ac.

Nice location and pool. Excellent staff! Rooms are dated and a little rough for wear. But they’re clean and the air conditioning works very well.

Up to date property that looks well kept and maintained. The property is tricky to navigate especially if there is a lot of car traffic or people walking on the property. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a complimentary continental breakfast, which was nice, and isn't offered by many of the other places in the area where we have stayed

Excellent as always! Love that it's a short 15 minute walk to the beach! Also, Beachfire being across the street is a big plus. 20 minute walk to town is also very doable. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Will be back for sure!

Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Les lits sont confortables. L'hôtel est à 500m de la plage. La piscine est agréable, mais il n'y a pas de spa. Si votre objectif est surtout d'avoir un endroit bien situé et propre pour dormir, c'est un excellent choix. Le déjeuner est ok et le personnel est très sympathique.
