Nice place to stay for a little getaway. 13 min walk to Footbridge Beach and not right in the hectic downtown area. There are some good restaurants in walking distance though. Heated outdoor pool is awesome too.

Completely adequate, friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom could use some refinement/professional trim & finishes.

Inn is older but cute and quaint. Staff were helpful. Rooms have window unit type a/c in them however, we did not use them. Wall paper in shower area is coming off and may present a mold problem in the future. Had great water pressure and hot water. Room was quiet except for heavy footed upstairs neighbor. Trolley available out front to take you in to Perkins Cove and downtown. We enjoyed our stay and it was priced affordable.

This was a place to sleep on an extended road trip. I wouldn't stay here for a vacation or anything. It was older and the bathroom was tiny but it was clean enough and worked for what I needed. It had a 3/4 wall between the room and the bathroom and a table in the corner where you walked around it which made it seem smaller. But again, I just needed a sleep and shower so it was fine.

We stayed for two days in September. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean. It was Would definitely stay here again!

Location was fabulous and rooms were cozy with everything we needed. Breakfast was an added bonus.

The first room they put us in was terrible, smelled moldy gave me a headache and made my nose run. Told them I couldn’t stay there and they gave me a much better room. No smell and not gross like the first room

The location was excellent . The price was reasonable and the room was well kept.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast area was clean and the breakfast items were kept filled.

We stayed one night in a room with king bed. It was comfortable and clean. We will consider staying here again in the future.

I would not recommend staying here. The bathrooms were grungy with rust stains. The laminate flooring was just put in on top of the old carpet. Who knows what’s lurking underneath. The face plates of the baseboard heaters were taped on and smelled horrible when turned on. We left and found lodging elsewhere almost immediately.

It was good enough for one night but I'm not so sure about staying longer than that. This was a last minute stop on a road trip.

great mattress

We've stayed here twice before, and it was lovely. However, this time we were in a room in the 100s building by the office. This is clearly an older building and the rooms need attention. Disappointing.
