Excellent location, updated spacious modern rooms, great indoor and outdoor pools, surprise free continental breakfast daily. Bikes and kayaks for rent,rustic charcoal grills for use,kitchenette for easy meals.Daily maid service Staff were very accommodating, providing 1st floor room on request. Sofa bed mattress very uncomfortable,asked for memory foam topper & linens,no topper available. Not on beach but can walk across tidal river to reach it. Suggested a fire pit would be great for guests.

Breakfast was OK. Toaster did not toast - perhaps 2nd toaster would speed up wait. Room #25 is in need of a detailed bathroom cleaning - repaint, floor scrub, baseboards, walls. Ceiling over beds has a water leak stain, half wall is dirty needs detaIled cleaning and paint, holes in wall over LR mirror, needs patch and paint. Workmanship after reno is sub standard. Pool deck paint chipping, paint in pool after days use, kids can ingest material.

The location is fantastic. Close to everything yet a peaceful and quiet escape from the busy town when you want to relax. Sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous!

Nice location, staff very friendly Tv never on breakfadt room, , same selections every day, peanut butter was hard, no hot water for tea or hot chocolate or oatmeal. No broom to sweep floor, shower floor was warped, bathroom door off hinge had to pick up to close. Outside of refrig was moldy brown stains, mattress uncomfortable, bike rental prices expensive, tv remote comicated for us older folks. Hope they make improvements.

The location was beautiful. Super cool to be able to walk out on the river when the tide goes out. There are charcoal grills and picnic tables you can use just remember to bring charcoal. The room was great. Had a kitchenette so we didn’t have to eat at a restaurant for every meal. Breakfast was included, though we just made our own in our room. Overall we loved our visit and would happily return in the future. The only downfall is there is no hot tub.

The only thing decent about this property was the location being close to town and the view of the ocean. Never again what I stay at this property! The staff were not friendly. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. All we felt were springs. The work done in this room was Shawty. I did not read the reviews before booking this property. I will not make that mistake again.
