Everything looked new and clean. Nice lookout to the water. Easy walk to restaurants on the north side of town.

A/c not working during a heat wave. Room not cool and a/c not turned on upon arrival. Staff/customer service mediocre at best.

We were only there for one night and only to sleep and shower after the beach, so not worth complaining. Staff was friendly, quick beach access behind the property, a large pool, and basic continental breakfast are pros. I would think of it as a step above camping so if you’re going to stay there, bring everything you need and check to make sure beds linens are fresh.

We had an issue with our sofa bed and the staff managed to fix the issue in less than 1 hour. The staff was sweet and the amenities were wonderful. I would go back 100% to this place the next time I'm around.

Enjoyed the lication and having the use of the kayaks and bikes. Continental breakfast was nice too.

The location to downtown ogunquit and the beaches. The outdoor pool was great! My room was updated in the sense of new flooring, newer kitchenette, and bathroom fixtures but a little paint would go a long way!!! Dirty and dingy walls and trim doesn’t quite complement the new renovation and the couch was dirty and it had a smell, so I used Febreze on the couch!

The room was clean overall, however, there was some sand in both beds, which we did not notice until late at night. The continental breakfast was basic but nice to have. Overall a good stay close to town with nice staff.

Bien situé, bien entretenu et les employés sur place sont très sympathiques. Rénové récemment et les chambres sont vraiment bien. Grand frigo dans la chambre très pratique et petit déjeuner continental servi le matin entre 8h et 10h très apprécié !!! Je recommande cet endroit

The room was nice, though I think the lighting could if been better. The bed was comfortable and it had a good sized shower. But I wished they had a few more k cups in the room. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool, but maybe next time. Its too bad the tide was low when we went as we might of tried kayaking. I would stay there again.

location was great; the front desk girls were very friendly, nice pool really cheap bedding and the room looked like it had been redone, but very sloppy.
