Great place - pools and locations- Perfect!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The king-size bed provided a great night's sleep, and I appreciated having two chairs and a table to relax after a day out. It had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. There were only two negatives during my two-night visit. First, the front desk woman I dealt with at check-in was noticeably rude and unwelcoming. When I later reported that our room had no hot water, the response was equally dismissive. A little more courtesy and customer service would go a long way. Second, the hot water never worked during our stay, making it impossible to take a warm shower either morning. Hopefully, this is simply a maintenance issue that can be resolved quickly. Those concerns weren't enough to overshadow the positives. Every other employee I encountered was friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the location was fantastic. For those reasons, I'm happy to give Juniper Hill Inn four stars and would definitely consider staying here again.

Staff, room and grounds were perfect! A wonderful four day stay. We walked everywhere, perfect location to beach, shops, restaurants and ice cream!

Most things were very nice but we had spotty hot water. Often our showers were cold.

Drove up for a night away. Staff was friendly and helpful, enjoyed every interaction. Place looked great, landscaping was on point. Pool and hot tub were perfect temperature, and the pool area was clean.

The perfect little home away from home feel of the inn. Checking in was a beautiful welcome with offers for free champagne. Perfectly clean rooms with extra comfy beds and an extra bonus of on site laundry which comes in handy for sandy beach apparel, just bring your quarters. 1 indoor pool and hot tub plus 2 outdoor pools and another hot tub, free pool towels. The grounds were beautiful covered in flowers and there were outdoor games for the kids like ring toss, bean bags, chess, and a lit bonfire to sit around at night. An added bonus was free make yourself hot chocolate and tea bar before bed. Loved it here so much! Perfect location to walk into town for everything. We parked the car and never needed it once. You can easily walk to shopping, restaurants, a grocery store, coffee shops, The Marginal Way ocean path walk, and the beach all in 5-10 minutes.

Great location, 2minute walk to town. Clean rooms with helpful and friendly staff. The welcome champagne was a nice treat!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Rooms are comfortable but clean. Hotel offers a free glass of champagne, a nice perk. Many amenities are offered. This was our second stay and we hope to return next year.

Juniper Hill Inn is a wonderful place to stay in Ogunquit. Have come here for many years. Rooms are clean, grounds are well kept, staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We just stopped for the night. The room was very nice and the town was very cool as well. We didn’t use the pool or much of the amenities, so honestly can’t comment on that.

Exceptionally clean and an easy walk to the shops. When the trolley is running, there is a stop just across the street.

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Good location, walkable. The heater in the pool was broken (it was FREEZING) which was a bummer because part of the reason we booked it was for the indoor pool. Water in the shower wouldn’t get very hot. Otherwise good!
