Juniper Hill Inn

The staff was excellent! The location was great, just a short walk to all the shops and dining. The rooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. We planned on 2 nights and stayed 5!

Beautiful pools and rooms. So close to walk to downtown and beach!

I love the closeness to the beach, shops and restaurants. Once you’re there there is no need to drive. You can walk. The pools are beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. Nothing that I can think of.

It was It was clean and comfortable

Thought it was a bit pricey for a one night stay.

We have been coming here since 2022 and they never let us check in before 3. Even 2:30 would be convenient but after 5 years i would think it would happen at least once. Also i wasn't aware they don't clean rooms, we now need to request more towels and accessories.

Location, location, location.

It was clean and in a great location. The staff was polite and helpful. Nothing.

Comfort, cleanliness, location walking distance form the village and the beach, pleasant, value, exactly what we needed We went to the fire and it wasn’t working one night, hot tub wasn’t very hot, not things I didn’t like just that could’ve been better at times

Relaxing stay. Clean and beds were super clean and comfy.

Loved this inn! Grew pool, breakfast and comfortable, clean rooms

It was a great location. Rooms were dated, but very clean. Staff responded quickly to requests. Nice heated pool. There was no restaurant on the premises.

Convenience to the town, short walk. The grounds were kept nice and it had a beautiful front lawn. (Taller front staff )was accommodating and friendly. Understood her role was important to stay polished and try to meet guest expectations. The room we stayed in had an Oder of old Tobacco smoke. Needs to be ionized. The front staff ( shorter front desk staff) was a little rude. I asked for a later check out. I was instantly met with resistance, and a hostile tone. I know what happened, she thought I demanded a late check out. The better approach would have been, “ let me see what I can do”, instead I received “ I have to grant you a later checkout” letting me know she was in charge. I asked for 12:00 so we could walk Marginal Way and get breakfast in town. She settled for 11:30. (This was at almost 9:00am) I replied “ thank you for kindly granting me the later check out.” We got back at 10:50- Housekeeping knocked at 11:23 to make sure we were moving along. We were out at 11:33am. I know they had vacancy Because I received a text asking me to stay another night. The whole thing was theatrical just to satisfy the wrong persons ego. Hello, I’m the customer who writes the review. Otherwise it would have been worth over $300.00 a night for an in season rate stay.

I did feel like an update of the room to make it brighter and more modern would be helpful. The carpet was old.

My family and I enjoyed our time here very much! The room and main hotel were clean and well maintained. The pools and hot tubs were all wonderful and not grimy or overly chlorinated. The staff were extremely attentive and well prepared as it was a very busy week with guests. We 100% will be coming back.
