Old Village Inn

The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and attentive. Property is well located to all that Ogunquit has to offer. Recommend

Just completed a 3-night stay at the Old Village Inn. Thoroughly impressed with the renovations to rooms and the bar and restaurant areas. We had dinner there first night. Our Server, Matt, was so helpful and wonderful; the food was delicious and a higher quality dining experience. You cannot beat the location and they have private parking for their guests. One spot reserved per room. We had three rooms total which allowed for the separate vehicles. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the baths have been updated. Each room is uniquely decorated and spacious. I did not find the outside noise to be bothersome at all. Local music wraps up by 10pm and it’s really very quiet afterwards. I’m headed back in September and staying there again. If I had only one suggestion or thing I might change—and it’s small—it would be to replace shower heads with shower head with magnetic handle you can pull down to rinse. The shower head is installed higher so you lose a little of the water pressure if you are shorter. Again, very small detail, but it would add convenience in shower. It’s perfect otherwise.

This well appointed Inn was fabulous! The room was spacious and very clean. Located in walking distance to everything. The bathroom was modern with marble vanity, large shower and penny tiled floor. As far as the bar and restaurant…a 10 out of 10. Cocktails were delicious and the food was outstanding. We plan to return in the future.

Very nice and clean hotel.

No amenities at all in room. No coffee or tea. No breakfast in the morning. No bathroom counter space. Extremely noisy. Bar at the bottom of the stairs with people yelling. Price was expensive and not worth it. Would not recommend staying here.

Overall the one night stay was great. Room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom is a bit cramped and the people above us were noisy are the only downside we experienced. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the center of Ogunquit. We enjoyed walking around the center and will definitely stay again.

Lovely well positioned guest house in Ogunquit. Lauren our host was very welcoming. We had room 7, which has a view of the ocean, slightly overlooked by the bar behind but this didn’t cause any issues. Allocated parking at no additional charge. Plenty of good quality shops/restaurants in the vicinity. Hotel bar had a great atmosphere. Only suggestion for improvement would be for a kettle to be provided.
