Professional friendly helpful staff. Fresh breakfast daily Loved the coffee all day but at times was cold

The owner was amazing! Extremely accomodating and so very kind!! This will be our main go to when we stay in Ogunquit!

The location was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was small.

The only suggestion I would offer would be room darkening shades on the front of the building as the streetlights are very bright. Otherwise, I have always loved Abalonia.

Location- 10/10. Could not ask for a better location. You’re on the main road and have access to all shops and restaurants. Busy street- tough to travel by car. We visited places mostly within walking distance for this reason. The room was very very small. Cute but small. The sink was outside of the bathroom, and our door didn’t stay shut unless it was locked. The door would simply fly off the hinges in other words. We also requested to be next to our family and we were separated- on two different floors.

This was my first time staying at the Abalonia Inn, but it won’t be my last. From the moment my friend and I stepped into the office to check in, we felt welcomed! Mark was kind and very accommodating. The location is so close to downtown restaurants, shops, and the beach! The room was inviting and clean. A continental breakfast and afternoon treats with hot apple cider were available with no added cost. I will definitely will be back in the future!

It was fabulous. Just walk into town. Room was charming, comfortable and had to balconies. I love the Maxwell building..room 26 Everything was just perfect!

Salt water pool and hot tub were perfect. Nice continental breakfast. Staff is very friendly Outdoor steps are a little slippery when wet

Location was very good. Easy to walk anywhere in town. The breakfast room was not large enough the number of guests and shared space with the office. Breakfast TV was a half hearted continental attempt directly from BJs.

Very nice property . Room was clean and the location is right in the heart of town . Park your car and you don’t have to drive until your ready to go home. .

I love the location - we’ve been coming there for six years now. The hot tub was great! My room had some cleaning issues such as a sock on the floor by the bed, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed under the chairs and there was something sticky on the floor in front of the closet plus the keurig didn’t work. My friend in another room found a Covid test fluid capsule in her bed!

Property is very nice, location is perfect and staff is very friendly and welcoming!

Abalonia seems a little run down compared to the last time we stayed. Pool area in particular needs some love. Staff, however, was top notch. Very professional. Our room was lovely but there was a gap around the door so you could hear everyone in the hallway. But you have to expect some of that in a historic house. All in all, it was fine but some place were likely to return to.

The room was nice and clean. But it’s not children friendly I would say. Also my son cut himself and the hotel did not have a first aid kit. The pool is very small. The location is nice and close to beach. We had a nice stay but it’s over priced.
