Great location Spacious room and very clean

We liked that it was privately owned by the same family for many years and not a corporate takeover

This was our 3rd stay! Perfect location, very clean and comfortable rooms. We only stayed 1 night, but the mini-kitchen setup is awesome. I so appreciated that we could check in a little early, park, and walk to the beach. The staff was so friendly AND helpful! The rooms are a little dated and the price is high, but you pay for tge location!

We got woken up by the fire alarm at 2 am and had to wait for firefighters to go into all rooms. Then it went off a second time and right as we were about to go to bed again.

Cleanliness, location, pet friendly

Location close to town so can walk to restaurants,beach, shops, etc. Room is good sized and was quiet though some people sat outside on deck talking/laughing loudly till very late (past 9pm quiet timw). Room was clean! Plenty of towels! Adequate parking! Saltwater heated pool! Pool towels are available for a fee. Bed is on the firm side.

Barely greeted at check in, seemed like we were disturbing her. Cleaning girl was extra eager to get in our room, kept walking back and forth and it was 10:45, checkout time was 11

Love the proximity to town Our first room was humid. We couldn’t get rid of the humidity with the AC. Our second room was better.

Cannot beat the location.. walkable to many restaurants, bars and shops.

There should be stricter enforcement of the no pet policy.

Staff, accommodations, pool Nothing

Thank you for making the motel dog friendly!!! Cleanliness was top notch. I wish the bed were a bit more comfortable.

Our ceiling needs painting. The outside deck was looking at a parking lot. Maybe a few puctures on the walls. Otherwise it was greT Close to all. Did not use a car for 3 days

Location is perfect. staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean. We love our stays at Studio East. No notes.

The room was very clean and comfortable, I was pleased with the little deck I had being in the main building. It was a great price right in town so parked and was able to go everywhere.

Breakfast was perfect, and a nice variety also. Easier access to coffee.

The location was great and it was very clean. The beds were a little hard.

Great location, clean rooms and great staff Nothing

The staff was great, the rooms were very nice/clean (stayed on first floor), and the location is top notch-mere steps from downtown restaurants and shops! The beach is about a 7 minute walk, so very close as well. Loved the saltwater pool, which was also very clean and well maintained. They were very accommodating with early check in if the room was ready or letting you park there if not ready just yet. Only very small thing is I wish the pool opened earlier in the morning. I’m an early riser and would have loved to have been able to go sit out at the pool and read/lounge while waiting for friends to get up/ready, but they keep it locked until 9am.
