Studio East Motel

The property was well located, clean, and so neat. Everyone was so helpful and super friendly! We will definitely be back!!!!

Everything was perfect! Room was very clean. Location is the Best! We were able to walk everywhere! Manager and office staff were very friendly and accommodating. I We will definitely be back! Only disappointment was the weather! The weather! Typical New England!

Coffee maker

The room and heated saltwater pool were both clean and inviting. Everything appeared to be well tended to and in working order, even at the end of the summer season. The hotel was steps away from the theater and shops-very convenient. Considering our price point, this may have been the best motel we have experienced in our years staying in Ogunquit. My sore knee doesn’t like steps and our room was on the second floor. We did like the view of the trees though and I certainly could have requested a room change! Next time!

No continental breakfast

We were close to town being on Main st. We were near lots of shops and restaurants. Not far from the beach and the cliff walk, but walkable distances. It was very clean. The chairs outside the room were nice. The pool area was nice, clean, and quiet. The bed was very uncomfortable. The carpet in a dog friendly room wasn't great. Parking was tight. Being close to Main St means loud music late at night. Smoking allowed on decks in Main building not great for non-smokers. Loud neighbors on the phone the morning and loud neighbors stomping up the stairs and talkk g very loudly at night.

This place is perfect,, the staff was so accommodating,, friendly!! This was our third time staying there and we had no problems ! Thank you We had not one complaint ! This place is perfect!

Bigger room

The beds were very firm and not too comfortable. They do not let you leave your car in the parking lot the day you check out, so we had to pay 50 dollars to park in the town for the day.

Location and room setup with kitchen supplies made meal and snack prep a breeze. Air conditioner goes off and on like all aircondioners as it reaches temp which means noisy then quiet.wakes me up.

Very convenient location. The kitchenette is also a plus.

The most pleasant experience was the cleaning staff. Whenever you would walk by they would always say hi, ask how your day was, ask how our stay at the facility was etc.

Walked to everything! Right in town. Perfect location for shopping, eating, beach and walking marginal way. Loved having the balcony to sit outside too. When we ran the a/c, the room got an unpleasant musty smell and the carpet felt wet. We just shut it off and opened up the windows which took care of it.
