Terrace by the Sea

Our room was perfect for a family of 5 with 2 double beds and a pullout couch in the loft. Very spacious room, conveniently located to shopping, the ocean, beach and restaurants! We will be back!

Wonderful proximity to the beach. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a nice added touch.

The room in the main section was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It is an older room but well updated and quiet, with a view of the ocean out one window, which we did not expect for the reasonable price. Very easy to walk to the center or town and the beach. My only suggestion is to have blinds in the windows that block out light at night. Will be planning to go back in the future.

We had a great overnight stay at Terrace by the Sea. Friendly staff, clean room and spectacular location. Close to town, the water and Marginal Way! Great continental breakfast on the porch as well!

The property had a wonderful location with excellent views of the ocean, the beach, and Marginal Way. The outdoor seating area was great for relaxing with a good book or snoozing. The room we had was clearly remodeled and in very good condition. The outdoor entrance area to the rooms could be updated though. The staff were friendly and helpful. The included continental breakfast was nothing to write home about. Could use a boiled egg and more fruit. Restaurants and stores were all within an easy walk of the hotel. We definitely recommend staying here.

Be warned if you’re staying in room 100 - you are literally staying in tbe supply closet in the lobby. You hear everything from people checking in and then woken up to the front desk staff setting up breakfast at 6 am. Definitely not worth $200 a night - i would’ve stayed somewhere else if i could. The only thing is that the location is great and within walking distance to Marginal Way and Perkins Cove.

I love this place, the view and location is incredible! The hotel itself is is like an old Cape Cod hotel, but it is very clean so this is fine with us! The breakfast is lovely, fresh fruit, great coffee, bagels, cereals and juices. My only complaint this time would be we got the queen efficiency room this time, which I would not recommend, it had an extremely uncomfortable full bed, not Queen, so I would definitely come back but I would get a regular room!

Terrace by the Sea is our go to hotel for Ogunquit. You can not beat the location and the staff is top notch.

This property is in a great location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The views from the property are magnificent and it’s a very tranquil setting. The Continental breakfast was fine and all in all we were very pleased with this property and would recommend it to anyone!

Excellent place to stay and close to everything!

Location was great; off of the main street, but only one block away from restaurants, shops, trolleys, and within walking distance of the theater.

Breakfast was very good. A great location to walk to the beach, downtown, or Perkins Cove.

We stayed only one night and had an exceptional experience! The staff was attentive and allowed us early check in. The view from the property is spectacular. The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. Breakfast was included and allowed great space to enjoy mornings at low tide. Highly recommend!

Beautiful setting looking out to the ocean! Room was very comfortable..staff were great...morning breakfast was a great way to start the day...nicely situated in town providing easy walking access to everything.
