Location by Marginal Way and ability to cook for ourselves. Lack of some basic cooking items and full time office staff. We’ve been staying here for 20 years, sometimes three times a year, and the room upgrades by the new owners don’t justify the huge price increases.

I've been going to Ogunquit for over 30 years. When I first started going as a child I would always go with my grandparents as they have a time share at Seacastles.

We loved our stay! It was less than a block from all the action in downtown Ogunquit making for the perfect walking vacation. Super convenient and well maintained.

Loved the jacuzzi - twice! Loved the heater in the bathroom. Loved the kitchenette. Loved having plenty of space in the room. Loved the accordion shade over patio doors. Kitchen chair has large peeled paint spot. Sound from 2nd floor was too loud --- could hear every footstep. Same for outside the door - could hear every voice. Convenience to walk to the center is awesome.

Our room #106 was nice and roomy with a king bed, however the room needs some maintenance. Sliding door was very hard to open and close. Air conditioner was very loud. Bathroom very small and needs updating. Shower hot and cold was very confusing and hard to get the right temperature. For the price this unit should have been in better condition.

great one-night stay in ogunquit. The remodeled ocean-facing room was spacious, clean and modern and the bed was decent. The location can't be beat, a few minutes walk from Marginal Way, the beach and all the restaurants and shopping in downtown Ogunquit. Perfect for a swing through the area.

Place is very nice and close to everything. Room was clean but did find ants in room but only three and I was checking out the next day so told the person Tiffinay at front deck about it and she said she would tell maintenance. She was wonderful and let me stay another 1:2 hour so that I could go to breakfast. Would stay again .

Plenty of parking in May. Great location! Nice resort-well maintained

The hotel is well situated, but would need a little bit of tlc
-
Easy to walk everywhere.

I loved the location, space and small kitchen. Was able to enter downstairs room easily from parking lot with my mother who uses a rollater. Suggest making a more accessible room with bars for toilet and bath/shower and better door entry. Bed was comfortable but too tall for my mom to be able to use. But we pulled out sofa sleeper which was lower.

Our room was spotless. We appreciated being able to keep our car there on the day we checked out. That was a nice courtesy, but also very important to keep doing. The longer guests stay, the more money we spend on food, beverages and goods purchased at the local stores. I’m sure the businesses appreciate Seacastles Resort allowing us to stay parked there for the day!! We will definitely be back!!

Close to town with great amenities. Would have liked a later checkout.

This is our third stay and enjoy staying here Burners on stove smoked when we turned on. The shower looked brand new and door kept opening We. let staff know.im sure they will resolve

The motel is in a perfect location, directly across from the entrance to the Marginal Way and a 5 minute walk to downtown. The room was immaculate. The front of the main building was well taken care of, but the walkways and stairs in the back near the indoor pool need attention.
-
Location was perfect, the loft was very roomy The chairs were not very comfortable in living room
-
The Location! The Bed was extremely uncomfortable
-
Close to town, the loft style is cute, it was nice to have a small kitchen. Staff was friendly, pool was convenient Beds were small and very uncomfortable, not enough lighting in the rooms, bathroom shower door does not stay closed when showering.
