What a great place, Head of the Marginal Way Walkway. wonderful room complete and cozy. Very walkable to all the shops in the village. wonderful view. Would loved to have stayed longer. We really had no concerns,

Great location but main building is looking quite run down & needs some TLC. Rooms are OK with our bath this stay given a major update but wish they could replace rugs with laminate or vinyl flooring and spruce things up a bit overall.

The resort is fine but using booking.com was a big mistake and I will never use them again. Was charged more then I should have been and the price for a hotel in Maine in the USA was advertised in euros which is deceptive. Never again will I be deceived by your unscrupulous advertising!

Very nice hotel- excellent location.

If you are a late arrival , after 8 pm you need to go to a different resort to check in and get your key. No complimentary tea or coffee in the reception -check in area. Our room was on the first floor and the room above us had an issue with their flooring. Sounded like glass breaking as they walked around in their room.

What breakfast? The soda machine? It was ok. Not great value for the money.

We had a first floor room on the side. This was the only room available to us. But I would suggest that you not reserve a room on the side near the office. There is no privacy and it was noisy. It did have a well supplied kitchen. Directly across from the marginal way which is why we wanted to be there. Easy walking to shops.

I feel for senior citizens it is not the best choice. Unless, you get a bottom floor suite or room with easy accessibility and a well lit entry. Not around the building that is not well lit. We had to go up so many steep steps to get to our designated suite. Our bedroom was located up another full set of stairs. It only had one railing to get up to the bedrooms. To us, it was a dangerous situation. The light going upstairs was not working. The bathroom was on the bottom floor. To go up and down in the middle of the night was both dangerous and poorly lit. The room itself was clean. The room was quiet and peaceful. It was nice looking out to the ocean and the main street. A perfect location to everything in the area. The grounds were well kept. Please let others know the situation regarding the room or rooms that they choose. That would be for their safety and knowledge.

These accommodations were excellent! Very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, with the Marginal Way trail right across the road. Multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Hotel is conveniently across the street from the Marginal Way entrance.

Nice basic very well maintained property. It seemed as though it was newly renovated. The hotel was right across the street from the entrance to marginal way. If you get an upper room access Is via about twenty steps or more And the beds are listed in a loft so you will climb another twenty steps to go to bed.

Endroit bien situé, grande chambre et propre.

We had a room with a loft and everything was great. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Indoor pool/hot tub was good. Needed pool towels at 845 on Sunday and the office was closed. Couldn’t get the outdoor hot tub to turn on and there was no staff to ask for help. Proximity to town and beach is perfect! Overall, the stay was great and we would absolutely stay again.
