Location is amazing. 3rd time staying there. Will return. The breakfast is simple and we found we enjoyed eating out a better option.

Very pleasant staff and spacious room!! Shampoo sample . We had lotion and conditioner.

The ocean view room and the convenience to walk either downtown or the ocean walk trail (marginal way) Little outdated. TVs could be updated, one of the outlets in my room wasn’t working, and each room should have its own ironing board and iron. I didn’t love the fact that I had to use one that was hung outside and was shared…little weird.

Beautiful resort inside and out! Awesome oceanfront views!! staff friendly. Lobby always has tea and coffee available. ComplementaryContinental breakfast very nice. Beds comfortable. Grounds immaculate. Only recommendation would be a mini microwave in the room. Easily accessible for those with mobility issues. Very accommodating. Definitely would recommend! Will be back for sure.

Room was just okay. The room was very noisy, you can hear your neighbors!

Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed, porch space was all great! The only thing lacking was breakfast. We had a muffin the first day and went out for breakfast the others. The breakfast room and porch are really nice.

Beautiful place with a great view of the ocean. Right in the center of everything

The best location in Ogunquit, steps away from shops, restaurants, and the Marginal Way, plus the best views of the ocean from the rooms. We mistakenly booked a room on the seawall level thinking that was the 1st floor where we stayed last year. When I realized my mistake, I called the hotel and asked if there were stairs as my husband is disabled. We were told that there was a ramp down to those rooms. If I had known the ramp was not ADA compliant, I would have requested to change rooms or reschedule our stay. It was extremely difficult and taxing for my husband to use that ramp as it was very steep. I’m not disabled but even I had difficulty bringing our luggage down, although the staff offered to help with the luggage. I didn’t want to bother them because I brought a number of assistive devices for my husband. We wanted to see a show at the Ogunquit Playhouse and had booked an extra night in order to do this. Unfortunately we had to change rooms and this is when things went off course. The front desk person was aware we were changing rooms and never mentioned we could leave our luggage in the room and they would move it to the new room so I had to completely pack the car. When I went to check out from the first room, I asked which room we were going to and if we could get in there as soon as possible because we had a show to go to and I wanted to unpack before the rain storms were coming. I was told that she would notify the housekeeper to do that room as soon as it was available and she would text me when available. We never received a text and subsequently missed our window of opportunity to unpack the car before leaving to go to the show. I ended up having to unpack the car in torrential rains in a completely flooded parking lot and my husband and I got soaked. We ended up having to cancel our dinner reservations and only had some peanut butter and bread available to eat. I do genuinely like the hotel but I wanted to advise people with any disabilities to book with the hotel directly and clarify the type of accommodations you need.
