Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Oklahoma City at Northwest Expressway, OK

The room was clean and everything was good and I enjoyed the bed most of all

There were lots of homeless people that are able to hang out all times of the night. It was soooo scary but we had to stay because it was getting really late.

Elevator smelled. Just needs a major clean

Absolutely nothing!! Everything was horrible

1. I booked through Expedia. It was a Sunday through Saturday for my daughter to work in OKC that week. I made a mistake and booked the wrong week. I called and asked them to switch weeks. Long story short, the hotel refused a refund request because they said I CANCELED the reservation even though I just wanted it changed. Expedia and I both explained and they still refused and charged me for 2 weeks. So if you make a bad choice and choose to stay here, they treat ANY change as a cancelation so they don't have to refund even if you buy the travel insurance. 2. They say they service the room every 3 days. My daughter was there 6 days and not once had her room serviced. Not even for fresh towels. She told me she never even heard or saw cleaning staff so she's not sure when they actually clean rooms. 3. They charge a $50 "incidental" fee they ask you to pay in cash. My daughter paid it and when she checked out, they gave her $8 back after checking the room. My daughter asked why and the lady showed her a pic of a towel that had some makeup on it. $42 for a towel they'll wash and the reuse? I called the GM Monday and he said it was because they charge you $6.99 A DAY if you book through a 3rd party. My daughter ended up having to go back another week and I found a Choice hotel that has a kitchenette for less. BE WARNED!

The cleanliness wasn't the best nor the worst for the most part. The water pressure wasn't working well.

Make sure you ask about the TV remote, cause ours didn't come with one

It was extremely hot in our room and that made it miserable. And, the hotel wreaked with the smell of marijuana and it made me sick. The luggage rack fell apart.

Maybe the fact it was just off the highway The fact that the TV barely works, we got maybe like three channels to come in and the AC is messed up and turns on/off by itself and changes from like 70 to 60 something by itself it smelled like cigarettes in the bathroom there’s food or like blood or something on the curtain for the window.(would add video of ac glitching and tv not working if I could add videos.)

The TV didn't show any cable channels,just the local channels. Towels are way to small and hard.

It was convenient to get to,also everyone was helpful,I’ll be back thanks for all your help Nothing was wrong with the hotel

Pretty quiet so that was nice. Staff was real nice. Price was good. The place smells like weed. Elevators are the worst. Not enough towels in the bathroom. What ever happened to having hand towels for after washing your hands?

Breakfast was ok. It supposed to be a smoking free hotel but it smells really bad, not just smoke but mariguana.

Nothing, we left because it was all awful. everything.

Room was dirty, hair was left in bed, floor was sticky and stained. Overall horrible experience. Didn’t even stay, left and got another hotel

The room was nice & clean and the ac worked great! Breakfast has been good in the past, but was not good this visit.

There was a “sketchy” group of folks loitering in and around the hotel…it made the experience feel a bit “unsafe”…

There was things that I disliked mentioned it to staff and and they fixed it in a heartbeat..

It was in a decent location relative to our travel needs within OKC Room only had two towels, when we asked the front desk for more they said they had no more as the hotel was all booked. same deal with blankets as we had a very thin one in the room. I felt like the hotel should have had more blankets/towels than just enough for two per room. The floor smelt heavily of marijuana. Finding parking the first night was a nightmare as well.

Friendly staff. I could see they are fixing it up. Seemed old and things were broken, like the time on the big tub. Also, my sister paid quite a bit more for the handicap accessible room and that seems unfair.
