Hotel is dated and needs a little more face lift. Carpet in my room was nasty and stained. For the price cannot complain too much.

The pool was outside and it was definitely cloudy. We picked up trash out of it which was simply from the guest before us. There was an altercation at breakfast. The hotel manager was arguing with a guest who simply wanted to take breakfast upstairs for her children. I was not happy because I also was planning on taking breakfast up for my teenager. The check-in lady was super great and helpful. The room was ok.

Potholes the size of my car in the parking lot, a lot of questionable people outside the hotel, ceiling tiles missing, carpets ripped, wall in our room had red splatter, holes in sheets, toilet seat broke, and our room door was ajar even when fully shut.

We had to switch rooms 3 different times. 1st, light switches didn’t work and all the lights flicked and scared my little kids. 2nd, ROACHES coming out of the couch when my daughter went to sit down. 3rd, a baby lizard no more than a few days old crawling around the bathroom floor. Expedia nor the hotel will provide a refund.

The shower only had HOT water and the handle is broken.

Entertainment center had staples sticking out on the bottom of and when walking by, I was cut by one of them and had to make a trip to the ER for a tetanus shot.

I liked 2 of the front desk people, remsuia, sorry if I spelled it wrong. And a tall guy, I didn't get his name.. I loved them both!! Breakfast.. there was no meat lol

The room was falling apart and dirty. The staff didn't care. Lack of towels, stained/dirty linens, grout and tiles falling off the tub area, etc. They locked us out and then rude when we asked to get let back in! NOT a three star hotel!!!

Location location location , microwave and fridge and room for my whole family! What’s there not to like .

The Wi-Fi and Amazon Prime tv did not work very well.

They never gave me my deposits despite them saying they did
