This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever stayed at the cleanliness was awful. I had things stolen from my room management was no help at all criminal activity throughout the day and night going on in the parking lot. Do not recommend this to anybody.

Nothing Everything

Cheats and scammers! Property was not sanitary and had urine stains all over the mattress. Property is also in BAD AREA!!! There was multiple homeless people outside and was not in a great area. Tried to leave that night but was refused a refund and was told to come and talk to a manager in the morning. Came back in the morning and the manager was no help. They stated there was a policy that you would have 30 minutes to complain about the room from getting your room key. Well when we got there this policy was not explained to us and the policy sign was no where to be seen. We stopped by the hotel around 5:30 for a max of ten minutes to check in and immediately left due to reservation. We got back around 10pm that night and wanted to turn in for the night. We walked into the hotel and we were met with loud music coming from the event center. We think no big deal it shouldn’t effect our room. As we got in the room the music was shaking the room. We were directly right above the event center and we could hear music and people laughing/talking. We thought we could get over it so we begin to check for bugs and etc. Well as soon as we lifted the sheet we were met with a huge yellow stain where it looked like someone had urinated the bed. We were shocked and immediately began inspecting the room even more. We didnt want to be a bother so we looked at possibly using the pull out couch but the couch with mismatched cushions was also stained to high hell. We felt disgusted and wanted to leave. We ended up having to book a different hotel and was out even more money. When we came back in the morning to see if we could get a refund they all of a sudden now have the policies posted for everyone to see. Which is weird because the day where we booked it, they weren’t any anywhere to be seen. These people scam and lie and will do anything to keep ahold of your money. I was traveling with my daughter because I was scheduled for surgery the next day and had to be at the hospital before 0600. I am 80 years old and I use an assistive device for walking. We were housed on the 3rd floor which was not accommodating with a walker and there were no accessible accommodations available. Also, the air was not adjustable, it stayed at 62 even when the thermostat was raised to 72. The blankets were thin and it was freezing in the room all night. Recommendations: 1st floor accommodations for guests using assistive devices and have accessible rooms or items available for guests with those specific needs. The air conditioner never shut off, and it was freezing all night long. The comforters while nice, fluffy and comfortable were not enough to keep you warm with the thermostat stuck at 62 degrees.

Clean property and friendly staff Charged me a service fee to hold my deposit. When my deposit was returned short I called and asked why. I was told it was a service fee which I was not informed about.

The property was clean in the hotel rooms. I called and reserved this property in advance because if the pool. I was it was fine and they had one. We get here with children ready to swim and th pool is out of order 3 of our 4 days. Then they open it and it’s extremely dirty to where my kids did not want to get in it. Very dirty. This was the whole reason for choosing this property and we had nothing to do the whole trip.
