Coffee cup lids is needed that fit the cup

Elevator was out of order. Per staff, it has not been working for weeks. TV did not work, evening shift could not get it fixed. The next day they still were not able to fix it. Waffle iron was broken about 18 months ago and still has not been repaired or replaced.

Please fix the elevators. I have bad knees and was put in a third floor room.

This place was filthy. If we didn't require a couple hours of sleep, we would have left for another hotel. The cost was inexpensive, and we found out why almost immediately. Don't trust the reviews for this place. Our original reservation was a double queen room, the room didn't have a working AC so they said they needed to "upgrade" to a king with a pullout bed and a jetted tub on the top floor. The elevator was broken so we had to carry all of our luggage up. The walls walking up the stairs had marks and dust all over them. The linens and towels in the room looked dingy and stained. The furniture was chipped and broken. We didn't even try to pull out the sofa bed, we were too scared. I think we might have hovered over the bed to touch it as least as possible if we could. The jetted tub had a patch on the inside and didn't look sanitary. The top lock on the door looked like it had been busted off. There were people smoking weed in the doorway of the entrance. I don't mind the smell of it, but at least have people go to a designated area. This hotel should rent rooms by the hour, ick.

The bedding seemed clean and i didn't see any signs of bedbugs. (Something i check no matter where i stay). The room however was dirty. Carpet soiled and a little sticky, something splattered on the walls, something that looked like dried urine on the bathroom floor, dust over the bed on the ceiling and fan, and a "fixed" wall area near the tub that flexed with mild pressure.

AC wasn’t the coolest but it wasn’t the worst I’ve experienced.

It was clean and quiet. The front desk wasn't exactly full of information though.

The room, the staff , and the overall cleanliness of the hotel gets 10 out of 10 . However, Elevator out of order was an inconvenience being on the 3rd Floor. Also it would be nice if front desk kept quarters for the laundry.

My car is broken too, and they do not like to refund pause back in time

They also have a sing that says that if the power goes out, they will not refund your stay.

They are a non smoking/vaping establishment. However there was a room on our floor that must’ve been frequently vaping as the odor was very strong at times. I saw the cleaners walk down our hall frequently and little changed odor wise. I would have liked management to take action, rather than allowing the behavior to continue. As an asthmatic, strong odors can cause a flare. It is important for me to be in environments free of odors like that. Breakfast bar could use improvements. We often choose hotels with breakfast to help off set costs. The photos online are deceiving. The photos show a hot breakfast. They have skimpy offerings for breakfast. I’m not sure why they offer it at all, it’s that bad. For the price it wasn’t a bad place to stay. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but improving the breakfast, and adhering to smoking/vaping rules would make the experience better.

Didnt get to stay because they wanted a deposit fee and wouldn't refund money for booking. WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN !!!!

Don't know if the hotel or Expedia tricked me into Travel insurance so be careful. Other than that this place is fine for the price.

Cleaners

The property is dated and in need of repairs. The bathtub was pulling away from the wall and the shower curtain rod was being held up by tape. The ceiling had cracks and was dirty. The TV never worked. The stairs had trash on them and there were towels and trash by the exit. The back of the property appeared to have throw up on the sidewalk and felt very unsafe. Overall the property inside and out was unkept. It was not the worst place I’ve ever stayed at but it’s in the top two.
