I was given a disability room, bo hot water until advised, pool just sad door hard to open, room stated daily room refresh nope, bed comfortable
-
Elevators were out, halls smelled musky, and the room was humid and grimy
-
Everything was good
-
You can tell the property is older. Lights out in several areas.
-
The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in in a hotel. The pillows were awesome and I had the best night sleep.
-
Elevator did not work hair dryer didn’t work
-
I do not recommend this place. A $100 hotel with a $50 dollar experience. Not clean, paint peeling, musky smell, A/C problems, plumbing problems and the are has a homeless problem.
-
Last at the counter was amazing but the elevators were broken and the room we booked was on the 5th floor. The pull out bed we had in our room wash broken they had to find us bedding for the couch bed because they had all of it stolen. Management should have informed us about these things before after the reservation was made so we had enough time to change hotels

I only stayed for one night and probably would not book there again. The hotel is very dated...needs a serious upgrade. The staff was attentive and friendly. My room was ok. Beds were comfortable. Elevators were not working at all. The pool/area was not very clean and it was hot...no air circulating. Breakfast was ok.

It was close to my Doctors Appointment. Just an older Hotel: once they get the Elevators working would be OK.

The elevators were out of order. The breakfast was terrible.

Where do I stay? We had to change rooms 2-3 due to the sofa sleeper being broke. Every TV in the hotel was out of order and the elevators barely worked. Four flights of stairs had our knees buckling. The BEST thing about the hotel was the AMAZING STAFF!! From the overnight staff to the swing shift to day shift from the front desk to the maintenance!! They were the highlight of the show!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO STAFF!!!

The power went on and off a few times while we were there including a loud re-set beep at 630am on Sunday morning. There were a lot of roadworks going on in front of the building so it was quite difficult to navigate to the front of the building. I don't think we would stay there again.

The room was clean and well put together and the staff was very friendly

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and engaging. I had inquired about wanting to check in a little early and was told that yes rooms were available but there would be a $50 fee. I thought that was a bit unreasonable especially since you had rooms to fill. The property is in need of some upgrades. The elevator floor had some sagging issues that were covered by carpet, the ice machines on at least two floors were not in working order. I usually have no issues with staying in a Hampton but will not be returning to this one.

Need serious maintenance cracks floor title in the evelator, broken closet, crack shower tubes, and screws for the holder of body lotion coming out the wall to use to be a good hotel but is lacking maintenance really bad

Ceiling in room was cracked and stained. Elevator had damaged floor and carpet taped down to cover it. Shampp and Conditioner dispensers in shower were empty.

Front desk staff was amazing. She appeared to love her job and she was great with the customers. Breakfast was included. It was a full bar and stayed opened until 10:00 for us late risers. Parking was never a problem.

The staff we had contact with was very friendly but the building is run down. We’ve always had great experiences with Hampton Inn, but not this one. We’re going to start staying somewhere else.
