I like the convenience of the location and the cleanliness of the room. I like the idea of having a pool to use but time didn't allow for it. I didn't like that the pillows were very thin, I'm used to something with more substance. I wanted to have a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast but didn't want to pay $10.00 for just a bowl of oatmeal. Maybe adding a-la-carte to the menu might be helpful.

Got to the room and the TV channels listed using the QR code did not work, I spoke with the front desk and she was going to get help but never got resolved. It was not relayed to the overnight desk help so was without channels except maybe 5.

I was not informed that breakfast was included with the room.

The location was great! Right near shopping and easy to get in and out. Understaffed, they did not restock our room with towels or clean it, there was hair in the shower from the previous guests, our friends reserved a room but when they tried to check in they said the person in their room was still there and they didn’t have a another room for them so they had to find different accommodations, we couldn’t buy snacks from the hotel shop because there were no workers, the breakfast was over priced and the pool was really small and felt like a sauna. I wanted to watch my kids swim but not sweat at the same time.

I was super impressed with this property upon first impression, very spacious room with updates / appeared to be renovated recently. I wouldn't be able to stay again primarily due to how loud the air conditioner was. I travel for work and have stayed in many hotels and this was the worse I've ever dealt with. Additionally, my TV didn't work, brand new, but seemed never to be setup. No option to login to apps without signing into TV with Samsung account, no live TV, nothing would load. The lady at the front desk was very willing to help. Seemed to be the acting bartender and server which she informed me at check in that there was nobody there and to place order with her if needed. When called about the TV issue, she came to my room to troubleshoot and eventually brought me a new TV and swapped them out. It was frustrating and not something I wanted to deal with after a long day of work and travel. Management seemed to be lacking.

Dirty room ...poor breakfast very basic and cheap and bad quality...for 9.99 each. They offer a buffet but is only 3 things. Egg sausage and potatoes. Thats all. No waffles no pancakes ....and they even charge separately. Location is good but not worth it. The pool was very dirty. There was a lot of trash on the patio area. It seems like nobody cared about cleaning. I only stayed 1 night because I like to try the hotels first and definetely this wasn't good at all. It is pet friendly but the guy from the reception was rude with us. And seem that he didn't like his job. He needs to find another job definetely hospitality is not his skill. He came to us at the chair and told us we couldn't be there with our dog. Isn't is PET FRIENDLY????? Bad experience HOTEL NOT CLEAN. The only good thing about this hotel is the lady om the reception with tattoos she was incredible. But wouldnt stay here again.

The room was decently clean. The room didn’t have enough towels, several of the charging ports were broken. The hot and cold in the shower was not working properly it was either burning hot or freezing cold. The beds were supposed to be to queens but they were mostly definitely full. The people above us were very loud at 2am jumping on the bed. The accommodations were lacking for the price of the room. The pool was not textured I almost slipped on the steps getting in, a pool light came out while I was in the pool. Parking was fine. The staff was neutral not friendly.

The bed was comfy The room for one king bed is small and they put us on 4th floor
-
I loved the rooms and the fact you had a hot tub & pool and the staff was friendly specially Niccole The pool was cold and was supposed to been “heated”
-
The hotel was booked full so we didn’t have any hot water either night we stayed. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub
-
The location was convenient. I didn’t like getting charged for breakfast when I had already paid for it upon booking. TWICE!
-
Nice and clean. Great amenities. Would have lives extra blankets in the room
-
Check in attendant was less than friendly. Hotels.com reservation said breakfast was included but Hilton refused to honor that representation.
