Extended Stay America Suites Oklahoma City NW Expressway

The first room smelled like a roach infestation. The night staff was rude and didn’t want to exchange towels past 7pm. We are contractors and work outdoors. The site was under construction that was ok, it was the quality of The amenities an lack of service. How do you mop a floor with no water?

Didn’t have an ice machine. WiFi barely worked. Area outside hotel wasn’t the safest. Homeless people trying to start fights. Kitchen had food left over from previous person.

For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that.

Clean room and the counter top burners were a surprise The door stuck so it was hard to lock

The room was clean. The TV remote had tape on it to keep the batteries in. The room door was off level, so it was difficult to close. The coffee dispenser was empty two days in a row with at least one hour remaining for breakfast. It was not refilled. There are renovations being done which has very much improved this hotel.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Nothing like the photos. The bathrooms were so gross I didn’t even want to take a shower.

I love how sweet the housekeep that was there when we arrived, she let us know all she had to was vacuum and then the room was ours. Also I believe she was that Sunday morning as well and came out of her way to outside to see if we were extending our stay. She was a sweetheart unlike the ladies at the front desk. The staff at the front desk. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and didn’t even smile when we came in, when we extended our stay and when I checked out. Also was formed when we extended our stay that you guys don’t take cash when technically there should be a sign stating you don’t take cash or needs to be told when guest arrive on the first day or put on ur guys website.

Staff was very friendly when not behind the counter/plexiglass. Amenities are limited but linens & towels were clean and new. Not for people with disabilities!

Nun No respect

Nothing inparticular It was rundown. The drawers fell apart when i tried to open them. There was dirt and grime all over the floor and some weird blue powder in all the corners. Covers had some stains.

The room was spotless. The staff was very friendly very helpful the grounds are great it is just a very nice place to stay

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! Stains on the floors! Bathroom dirty and only a half roll of toilet paper! I felt like bugs were crawling on me! Then in the morning I attended to warm up my oatmeal and the microwave caught fire! I called the front desk and they didn’t have any to swap out! I can’t believe hotels can run being this disgusting..
