Phenomenal, the place to stay in OKC

We found a black beetle on the room floor. It’s said it’s unavoidable in OK or TX. We lived 3 nights but only use the Tesla charger once. We checked the receptionist and be told the technician would solve the problem but not yet till we left.

The elevators wasn't working on check out day, so had to walk down 9 flights of stairs, the maids tried cleaning room at 10.00 am when check out is at 12.00pm they thought room was empty, not friendly at all

This is our second stay here. We love how spacious, quiet and clean rooms are. The breakfast its so fresh. They cook omelets, pancakes, French toast & more in front of you. Large variety of food to pick as well. Staff is friendly and professional. Plenty of parking. The whole hotel it's gorgeous. All the areas are high end decorated lobby, dinning and guest rooms. The only thing they need to improve in my opinion is the pool. Its not really heated water, floors are slippery, poor ventilation and they put excessive chlorine it hurts really bad the eyes. So strong that I did not get in the water and my eyes were burning too just from being near the pool. The stay with price, quality is worth every penny. This is our go to hotel when we visit OKC.

Breakfast was outstanding

We had a family health emergency and chose Embassy Suites primarily based on its proximity to Baptist Integris Hospital. Our room was well furnished, clean, and comfortable. We were close enough to allow a couple of family members the opportunity to come over, take a shower, and rest for a bit before returning to the hospital. We appreciated having breakfast.

Breakfast was great and convenient, their were plenty of options available.

We stayed 2 nights.....breakfast was great....just about anything to eat. Omelots were excellent along with biscuits and gravy. Room was clean but orientation getting in and out of shower next to toilet was an engineering nightmare...gotta do better. Bed was great. Appeared to be a problem in the hallway with water on the floor drying it with fans was kinda noisy. Yes, we will be back.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! We loved it both mornings. The hotel staff was friendly, and helpful. The pool area was nice, but it had a lot of standing water around it, which made me nervous about slipping. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location & amenities. Staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast was amazing. Pool & patio area was nice for family gathering. Cocktail reception was an added bonus with delicious snacks & drinks.

Wouldn’t mind staying here with my family again.

Took a family trip to OKC. Everything was great the staff was so kind and accommodating.

This hotel is Awesome. ♥️♥️The rooms are nice, staff is nice, breakfast and bar was everything. Will be staying again.

Hotel was very dirty inside & out. Garbage strewn throughout the parking lot. Other guests across the hall were very loud and every time a door shut we could hear it echo into our suite. We were not happy that there were patrons smoking marijuana in the halls and in the room next to ours. The smell drifted through our vents. The staff was not very friendly apon check in and just kind of handed us our key and said there you go. No directions to room or told us about amenities that are included. We let the morning staff know about the marijuana smells and she was very receptive and apologized & said they’d take care of it as she had an idea of what guests were at fault. The hotel is usually very clean and welcoming but this visit was far from it. Our bed was not comfortable at all and there were stains on the bathroom walls and furniture was stained and dirty in the living area. We upgraded to a suite during this stay & was very disappointed in the whole experience.

Family of four visiting, and the hotel had everything we needed! It was a great place, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

I'm just going to say this I'm going to ALWAYS look first for Embassy Suites! Totally AMAZING!

The stay was really nice, the room was nice and spacious, sweet staff and clean overall. Con: The amount of r9ad construction around the hotel area. I would stay again.
