There really wasn't any amenities per say. I no incidentals which was nice. I had to pay a $20 deposit for a remote and got it back upon checkout. I felt that I was out in their best room and the others are not well maintained. Reason I say that is the photos online only show the room and beds of the room I was assigned. They didn't show the bathroom in any pictures which I understand why. It is completely outdated. But for what I paid and how much I was there it wasn't bad at all.

Bed was stiff and on the hard side. Pillows were like sleeping on lumpy rocks. Website pages showed photos of the Lincoln Inn, not the Executive Inn so all the breakfast area photos were false advertising for this place - no waffles, no coffee, nothing but a vending machine. I chose this place over another place I usually stay at because of the breakfast photos. Also floors were older carpet, not the "pergo" style floors in the photos. There was a jetted tub in my room, but it did not work. (was not listed as an amenity). No shampoo or soap in the bathroom. There is a $20 CASH 'deposit', refundable after you returned the TV remote upon checkout. Access to the property coming from the east required a U-Turn. Easy to mistake the employee entrance for the main entrance which is sort of hidden around the corner as you drive in. There is a sign, but it is easy to miss because you see the employee door first. Maybe a big sign on that door would help. Would I stay again? probably, but I'd bring my own pillow and toiletries, and lower my expectations about breakfast. It was quiet and somewhat close to where I needed to be. Worked for an economical 1 night stay with a door that locked, A/C, and a bed with clean sheets.

Fantastic value for the price. Few amenities but who cares? Room was spacious & clean. Wifi was strong, nice TV & AC worked great during hot weather.

Also problems with TV. Lady had to come to the room twice to fix it.

The floor was clean. That’s the positive. The rest of the room was like what I would imagine living in a crack den is a like. There was a riveted metal sheath wrapped around the bathroom door handle to prevent someone from kicking it in. The bathtub was full of cigarette burn, cracked sealant, and exposed moldy areas. The smell when checking was so disgusting, I have never smelled anything so rank. You are forced to stand in this tiny little room to check in because the owners must be to lazy to open the lobby so be prepared to be greeted like a crackhead from the onset… DO NOT STAY HERE! ITS NOT WORTH IT!

I have mixed feelings. I needed a room on short notice, and this hotel was rated 8.6 on hotels.com and the price was right (under $100). The 8.6 rating is bewildering. The place is no-frills: mud-colored, all-but-unadorned walls, pungent disinfectant odor, and the nice but soft-spoken receptionist with problematic English hands me a TV remote and wants it back at the end of the stay. Grim, but a roof over your head.

For the money was a really good deal. Rating is based upon its discounted price. Older property that has less curb appeal than many newer hotels, however, I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was, and it had been renovated in the not too distant past with newer carpet and painted walls. Staff was great and room was well maintained. Would stay again. Don’t expect a lot of frills, but I had a working TV, multiple pillows, clean white towels, soap and a packet of shampoo.

The reviews and photos are deceptive for this property. The overall rating was 8.6 with dozens of 10 out of 10's. SERIOUSLY, who gives a 10/10?! Everything should be exceptional to receive that kind of rating. I would give it a 3 out of 10. I have to question the legitimacy of the 10/10 reviews. The overall appearance of the property is a 4/10, its dated with many poorly done fixes to comestic issues. You can't go into the lobby as it appears to be shut down since covid and is filled with office equipment and other junk. Speaking of covid there was a sign at the check in window that reads 'masks required'! The man at check in counter was difficult to understand with his thick accent, especially since you're talking to him through glass. He asked for a $20 room deposit. I told him I don't have cash and gave him my credit card instead. He pushed it back to me and repeated 'no deposit'...huh? Then he gave me a TV remote and said to return it upon checking out...okay, thats weird. Lastly, he told me the water pressure is low because of the city and should be fine in awhile... at least, I think thats what he said. Water pressure was never good. Tu is an ancient discolored whirlpool with stains. Much like the exterior, very poorly done fixes. Only 1 bath towel. When we went to get more towels a minor in pajamas was at the front desk and gave us more, no adults in sight. No coffee pot in room and since lobby is closed, none there either. No tissues. Just a bad overall experience.

When I arrived Friday April 24, 2026 the hotel didn't have water. I was under the impression that it was temporary of 2-3 hours shut off. No, the water came out slowly Saturday morning after 8:15 a.m. I came back to the hotel around 3:00 p.m. that is when I took the first shower. The hotel doesn't offer Continental breakfast. The property should rated at one starmotel

There was no breakfast. No hair dryer. I have wash cloths at home bigger than these towels. One shampoo packet for two people. No iron. This was a business trip. Won’t stay here again.
-
The entryway had cracked cement and patched up areas, room are not updated, saw some ants, the tub had burned stains, sink was cracked, no coffee maker, a small envelope with shampoo, more like a hotel
