The experience wasn’t great, most of the days I didn’t stay because loud people and not clean

Staff never at front desk and did not refund my money after checking out a day early.

Smell so bad

Drug addicts everywhere, dirty rooms, and roaches

The room was completely unclean barn marks in the carpet, burn marks on the toilet and bathtub.The walls were damaged and there was flies all in the room and in the a c unit

It smelled like Marijuana, strange people were out all night walking around, the window at the end of the hall was up so it sad cold once you got off the elevator, I recommend no one stay here

I didn’t because when I booked and it got confirmed they wouldn’t check me in and it was late they gave me a card to go to a raggedy one smh Same as my first response

Nothing. If you have dogs just don’t. I don’t know if the non pet rooms are any better but I checked into my room, opened the door and got smacked in the face with urine. My dogs didn’t even want to lay on the carpet, and that says something! I went to the front desk and asked for another room. The other room was not clean also smelled awful. Had trash bags on the ground and it looked like someone had been laying in the bed. Health inspectors should really shut this place down. I feel awful for the people that live here long term. I asked the front desk for a refund. He told me he did it but didn’t give a confirmation of the refund. Now trying to dispute the charge. I’ve NEVER had this experience at an extended stay. They’ve always been clean and reasonable with me traveling with my animals. This one is absolutely disgusting.

The manager was nice There were roachesEVERYWHERE, we reserved the room in advance, we got there they told us to go to another hotel that was worse than this one. They gave us an extra room that was out of order, the tv didn’t work, keys had to be renewed every entry. Horribl

Nothing. Didnt get to stay there. Was told there was three rooms available on booking website and got their and was denied entry. They owe me 250 dollars and will tell everyone about the theft Everything. Being charged for rooms we didn't get to stay in!

We checked out 10 minutes after checking in! The whole 3rd floor smelled like a cigar. And the rooms had roaches.

They gave away our reservations

Nothing The room was dirty No Clean Sheets No Pillowcase told the Staff They asked if "I" wanted to change the bedding Asked for a new room they replied back No But They Can Give Me A Room The Next Day Since I Already Checked In For Two Days

Great staff , affordable n nice rooms !

Everything pretty much was great Tv didn't have a power cord and I brought it to the front desk attention when I arrived that night and the next morning nothing was done so I went and bought my own

There was literally overflowing trash cans filling the hallways.

Never checked in.

No coffee or food in lobby for guests. They say coffee pots broken with sign.

Love everything about the place safety people and location
