Expedia staff didn’t even help out w/any of the changes. We did it ourselves. Sad. They just gave credit for the inconveniences tho but it could have been better.

Great hotel! No issues. Only gripe, kind of noisy there by the road with loud trucks and motorcycles all the time. But otherwise, it’s very solid and a great price too

Great room, Netflix. Good facilities and breakfast. Weirdly the second Tru with toenails on the floor of the room?! Light bulb missing and one light dimmer switch broken. Bed seemed too small for the frame, kept hitting my leg on to it.

Very nice room and hotel! Loved the breakfast. Gym was new and modern. Parking was easy and convenient. Only note is bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Some missed spots. Also hotel a bit noisy by road. But it was great otherwise!

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful The room didn’t have enough towels for two people

Staff was very nice . However, pool was less than clean , outside trash cans overflowing for days , toilet constantly ran in room , low shower pressure, towels were pretty bad , very worn , breakfast options not great , room was never cleaned .

From the moment we stepped inside and were greeted by staff until our checkout by your wonderful front desk staff, our stay would have been nicer. The accommodations were beautiful and the lobby was inviting.

Hotel was spotless, absolutely beautiful. Lamond at the front desk was amazing! So helpful and friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable! Thank you Lamond! We appreciate you! The water pressure in shower could have been better. We were in the 5th floor, not sure if that was a factor.

The check-in went smoothly the guy at the front desk was nice...he had to assist because the TV wasn't working...water pressure could be slightly better but the room was clean, bed was comfortable...didn't stay for breakfast.

Our family was passing through from Nebraska to Houston for the night, and picked Tru based off reviews. Our room was dirty, the floors seemed that they were not properly cleaned/swept/mopped. The platform bed had hair, lent & dust collected. Countertops were dirty with unknown particles/residue. Restroom had hair on the sink, the trash didn’t have a trash bag in it so you could see how dirty it was. The walls were dirty.. just overall not a great stay. I reported it to the nighttime front desk guy, he stated he could not move our family into another room due to no availability, and would let his manager know my concerns. Lamond, provided great service despite our stay, and was sincere when discussing our issues.

Possibly the cleanest shower I’ve ever been in at a hotel.

Terrible, beds were so uncomfortable, room was small. Pool was so cold it was unusable. Staff was unhelpful, couldnt even provide extra pillows. Only 2 towels for a room reservation for 4 people. We were right next to the ice machine so that was loud all night. Ac was so loud, it come on every 15 minutes with a rattle and growl.

Convenient to the hospital my dad was in. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. I was strapped for cash but my dad is in the ICU so I was a little put off by the $50 security fee I didn’t plan on having to pay.
