Tru by Hilton Oklahoma City NW Expressway

The room was very clean and comfortable. The AC worked great and kept the room nice and cool, and the water pressure in the shower was really good. Breakfast also had a little bit of everything, so there were plenty of options to choose from. Overall, we had a great stay!

My only issue was the lighting, no big overhead light, just lamps. I would definitely stay at a Tru Hilton hotel again.

Loved the spacious room, breakfast buffet had great variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful!

Pillows were terrible and the site location was very noisy

Everything was good. I would’ve liked having a coffee maker in my room, however the coffee bar was near the elevators in the lobby.

Breakfast was EXCELLENT! Rooms were pretty small for 2 “queen” beds, but served the purpose for a place to stay.

The breakfast was amazing! Best tasting breakfast at any hotel I've ever stayed at!

The breakfast was good. The fresh yogurt was a nice touch. The mattress was uncomfortable due to the plastic covering. It created sweat and some difficulty sleeping. The window coverings appeared to be stuck and I was awakened by the bright lights outside. Fortunately some one from the hotel came in to adjust them but stiill found them difficult to easily raise or lower. The parking was excellent and I didn't have any difficulty having a safe place to reach my car. The staff was very friendly and offered directions to spots that I was hoping to reach. The coffee was hot and the food at breakfast was delicious!

Everything was great. Except the digital key did not work for rooms only entrance.

Th property itself like the common areas were very clean and a pretty nice place. The room was ok. I had 2 issues. One not so bad the pillows definitely need upgraded which was nothing to bad but when I went to the bathroom there was poo smudges on the toilet where you flush it. It was disgusting. Other than that the staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is really good with lots of great options.

The breakfast was complimentary, & good! Lots of choices. The staff was great, friendly & very accommodating. Called front desk for more towels, they were there in minutes. It was a quiet & peaceful environment. Everywhere I went, even in the elevators, was clean, & even smelled clean. Overall, it was a great place to stay at a great price. I am handicapped, & in a wheelchair, & found everything to be very accessible throughout the facility. The only amenity missing was a laundry room. However, the staff pointed me in the direction of their sister location, right next door, where I could wash a load of clothes.

Breakfast was good. I have food allergies and there was plenty of eggs and meat for me. They also had picante salsa packets which was nice. Not much. A second pool, lower cost per night? Lol the usual. It was very nice.
