It was ok, convenient! Just what I needed it for 1 night!

I came for the pool. Loved it! Spacious room. Up to date bathroom. Clean. Great water pressure. Our room had a great view of the city. We could even see the lake! Breakfast was good. The hot bar changed each morning. It was nice enough weather to eat outside where they had tables with an umbrella for shade. I enjoyed being in that area. There was pool with its own section cut off from the rest. Nearby you have the smokers section in a shaded are with chairs. Not far is the tables with the umbrellas. Its a nice area to unwind outside if not being in the pool. The location of the hotel wasnt noisy at at all being on the expressway. Waiting on the elevator was a pain. It was a holiday weekend and used frequently. (At the end of my trip, I discover there is a 2nd elevator further down the hall..) I enjoyed my stay overall and would return.

Need to work on keeping the breakfast replish.

The prop was great alone with the breakfast and the clean room will stay there again

The stay here was great and I'll do it again your staff is a great ans super quick and helpful.

Nice stay as wanted a place, off the downtown area for International Convention..worked out well as had a rental car for travel. Clean rooms, helpful staff, quiet area, nice breakfast buffet. Thank you. Ejoyed the stay.

They guy that works late afternoon shift is amazing and keeps things going smoothly to check in

did not stay called hotel, to cancel was told to call someone was unable you did not refund. said the booking should pay nothing

This is an older hotel with large rooms. There are many upgrades throughout, just worn furniture. Clean and friendly.

We were supposed to have a handicap room on the first floor and didn’t people smoking weed in the hallways very dingy around the pool and didn’t open till two and it was supposed to open at 12

Hotel seemed to be very dated although clean enough, just not what was expected. Glad I only booked one night. The staff however were very nice.

Good room, would stay again

Breakfast was really good; plenty of choices. Staff was always very helpful and nice. The pool and pool area was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. My only issue was there was trash everywhere outside and their shrubs and bushes needed a good trimming. Overall the stay was nice.

Bathtub had boogers all over, lady sweeping and man fixing light bulb in during breakfast, very dirty, I Edward Steinhauer would like to receive $100 back for this stay. Thank you.

My only complaint is that the room was never cleaned while we were gone. It was OK for the first day, but I even requested that the trash be taken out and towels to please be replaced for my room to the employee that was cleaning the rooms on our floor and she did not do anything. We were gone for the majority of the day, so there was plenty of time to get in the room.

Property needs a little updating and care. Room and hallway rugs smelled.
