La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oklahoma City - NW Expwy

Breakfast was terrible! Hard boiled eggs had a funny taste to them the only thing safe to eat was toast and waffles!! Room floors were not clean no wonder they have a patterned dark carpet! We stayed at La Quinta before just the night before in Tulsa and was so much better!

I like that the property was in a nice location around all the food and a lil shopping mall. Breakfast was okay.

This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and furniture was nice. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was ok. No scrambled eggs, but I was told the person who normally prepared it had a medical condition. It should be back to par by now.

Location of hotel was close to the event we did. It was close to several different restaurants for the evening for supper. There wasn’t an ice machine on our floor, which made it difficult to get ice. Had to go all the way down to the first floor with a two year-old made it a little uncomfortable and difficult. There wasn’t very much seating in the breakfast area. Breakfast was cool at best was not hot. Didn’t seem very fresh staff seen annoyed if we ask for anything there was only two towels in our room we called and asked for Moore but never received them and once again all the staff seem to be annoyed if we ask for anything not sure that I would recommend this hotel to anyone parking was atrocious

This property was well maintained and clean. We had some trouble with our TV buffering constantly. Everything else was great! We love these hotels and will chose to stay there again.

Pleasant stay for the price. Room was nice and my upgraded shower was great. Only downside was breakfast buffet was a 3 out of 5, and the the same for the linens and pillows.

Overall good stay! Breakfast was terrible though, no waffle mix when i arrived after about 20 mins brought back out! most things were gone and not stocked efficiently.

The hotel was filthy. The microwave didn’t work. The door handle was broke. Also our shower didn’t work horrible assistance. And we was never offered another room in replaced of everything that was wrong with the room

The room we stayed in the air was blowing but it was not cold at ALL! It was hot the entire night. Also the card reader was not working on the very back door so it was inconvenient to have to walk pretty much around the whole building to another entrance. Also people were leaving the back door open just so people could go in and out making it extremely unsafe.

Staff was phenomenal especially Shortay! She went above and beyond in our mom's passing.

Our original room assigned had an electrical problem, the phone didn’t work, and the shower wouldn’t turn on. The lady that checked us in was rude and hard to communicate with. The second room assigned was better, but the AC kept quitting and the bed was not comfortable. The staff the morning we checked out was fantastic and the location of the hotel was great. Overall I would skip this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Room was dirty upon arrival. Animal pee stained on the bathroom floor. The tub was absolutely dirty. We stayed for 4 nights and they didn't clean the room once! Half way through our stay we got woken up at 4 am asking who we were and the name on the room as if WE didn't belong. The receptionist and some random guy behind her looked creepy and sketchy. They overrharged me even thought I paid for everything online and I had to ask for a refund. We used the pool and hot tub they were okay. Water and coffee in the lobby was good. Last day they ran out of cups and French vanilla creamer though. Our room keys constantly needed recarded which was annoying. I checked in to the La Quinta in edmond today and it's much nicer!! The Mexican restaurant next door is absolutely phenomenal though.

The rooms and pool was amazing definitely amazing stay! The breakfast is okay they didn’t have much.

The property needs lots of upgrades and our rooms supposed to be smoke free and it small like cigarettes.also the ice machines wasn’t working on our floor had to go to another floor for ice.

The location is great The breakfast needs scrambled eggs and some meat but everything is good

Well the stay was fine but I payed online using my card and when I got there I had to pay for the “insurance” and when I got my credit card statements I noticed I was charged twice for the room.
