Thank you, Hilton hotel met my Expectations

Excellent location, nice rooms. Breakfast options may need some feedback to improve but it was better than a continental breakfast. Very spacious rooms, nice shower, very hot water in bathroom and kitchen areas. The pool was perfect for a sunny day!

We enjoyed our stay! It was clean! Breakfast was good. Meat options today were spicy sausage or vegan sausage. May need a second waffle machine, all of the other Breakfast items were very good!

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

For an adult, especially traveling for business Home2Suites makes sense. The breakfast is catered to more of an adult population but not necessarily to families with younger children. The room was spacious but in need of some repairs. The outside pool, my youngest son and I love to swim but even in the summer this pool was freezing cold. So cold that eventually my legs would go numb after awhile and my son didn't enjoy it. It's rather odd that the water for the pool was that cold in June. The breakfast for a family with kids is not ideal but there's a great donut shop next to Planet Fitness. The framed art in our room was damaged by a previous occupant but left unrepaired. The blinds worked but had some holes in them possibly left by a dog.

Location was great The beds were very uncomfortable . One chair in our room and that was for the desk. No chairs so friends could sit and visit or for us to watch tv.

Great solution for long trips b/c if the kitchen, so you don't have to eat out all the time.

Our family traveled the US, staying in four different hotels along the way. Per my children, "Home 2 Suites gets a 10 star review". I agree that this was our best experience.

i stayed here last year and was pleased so came back for convenience. Staff is always kind and approachable. It is very busy here but it is safe. The carpet in my room was filthy and stained. There were dark greasy fingerprints left on the bathroom door. I was disappointed as it makes the room feel grimy. In addition, the bathroom door latch was broken.

Convient to getting to the College World Series. Perfect set up for an extended stay. Rachael was especially helpful with getting me set up to use the facility washer and dryers. She always had a smile and called me by name when we crossed paths during the week! The TV screen in my room needs to be looked at. The top half of the screen was very dark and hard to view compared to the lower half

Didnt do breakfast location was good I did not like that the lobby and elevators smelled like dogs

Good options. Liked spinach frittata really well.

Going places

The front desk was a hot mess...no one ever there. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come out to even check in. We reserved a King bed and they gave us a queen and refused to refund us the difference. The comforter was paper thin. The kitchen was missing dishes. Overall the property was not very nice. The only positive I can say is that the housekeeping staff were all very friendly.

Staff blocked my cards so i cannot enter room. It was there payment issue by 3rd party , there own system problem but took more money from me. I have never had this experience my whole life. Unimaginable experience i would have done law suite

Great rooms and location. Travers should double check if the pool is open if you are counting on it. Was closed in May unfortunately. Otherwise it was a good stay.
