Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was great!

do not stay there it is a big rip off.i booked aroom and had to cancel it but they charged me 102,00 because they said it was am restricted booking.have stayed in many holtel rooms nnever heard of a restricted room.again it is A BIG RIP OFF!!!!!!

Clean and homely

Large variety of breakfast options! Room was wonderful and spacious. The only negative I have is the hallway and elevator were stuffy and warm in the summer heat.

Room no 620: microwave not working, corridors so dirty. Washroom door cannot be closed. No room cleaning. Dirty mats. No kettle. No coffee. 2 star hotel.

Cons: 1. The room had things that needed attention. Both sinks in the room had backward faucets. Hot was cold and cold was hot. I went the entire first day thinking we didn’t have hot water. Yes, I tried both ways too, but the water took sooo long to heat up I thought both ways were cold. 2. The carpet was very stained everywhere which is just gross, furniture had tears, wood chipped off, etc. Disappointing for a Hilton. 3. The privacy curtain on the big main window was broken, so we had to leave the blackout shade shut the entire time which was frustrating because there’s no overhead light so a lamp was all we had to light the room. 4. The breakfast was VERY disappointing. Unless you want nothing but carbs—bagels, muffins, waffles—I ended up having to go spend $25 at walmart on breakfast food for my family which made me mad because one of the reasons i specifically chose this hotel was because the advertised a “buffet” so we couldn’t have a breakfast expense. The only fruit was half brown bananas. 5. Maid service was only every other day. Overall, the large space was nice, but I also paid extra for that. With the other issues, I would NOT stay there a second time.

Excellent location, nice rooms. Breakfast options may need some feedback to improve but it was better than a continental breakfast. Very spacious rooms, nice shower, very hot water in bathroom and kitchen areas. The pool was perfect for a sunny day!

We enjoyed our stay! It was clean! Breakfast was good. Meat options today were spicy sausage or vegan sausage. May need a second waffle machine, all of the other Breakfast items were very good!

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our family traveled the US, staying in four different hotels along the way. Per my children, "Home 2 Suites gets a 10 star review". I agree that this was our best experience.

Convient to getting to the College World Series. Perfect set up for an extended stay. Rachael was especially helpful with getting me set up to use the facility washer and dryers. She always had a smile and called me by name when we crossed paths during the week! The TV screen in my room needs to be looked at. The top half of the screen was very dark and hard to view compared to the lower half

i stayed here last year and was pleased so came back for convenience. Staff is always kind and approachable. It is very busy here but it is safe. The carpet in my room was filthy and stained. There were dark greasy fingerprints left on the bathroom door. I was disappointed as it makes the room feel grimy. In addition, the bathroom door latch was broken.
