Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City-Warr Acres

Not Impressed

Clean and parking was good It had a funky smell. Our bathroom smelled like garlic

The front desk staff was nice, but check in was brisk. I couldn't understand why the front desk overhead lights were all turned off. It gave such a gloomy atmosphere instead of a welcoming one. Amenities were not elaborated on, but the info was included with the key in a note. The room seemed clean, but the furniture was beat up. In the photos the lobby looked modern, but in person, the place looked a little beat up. Breakfast seemed meager, but we were grateful it was a warm breakfast. This place did not live up to the Fairfield Inn name, sorry to say. The area didn't seem like a safe area.

The room and staff were terrific. The breakfast had only prepackaged products. They tasted ok, but there are just so many preservatives, that I try to avoid.

Our room, lobby, elevators were all very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend.

great location - prices are up

Superb

Room was clean staff friendly breakfast poor

Everything was good except the breakfast was not as good as it has been in the past. It was very disappointing.

Nice comfortable clean hotel..a very quiet location and pretty view, could see Lake Hefner from our room. Our first stay here and was very pleased. The breakfast here had several options available and enjoyed it very much . Very reasonable rate and will definitely stay here again.

This was a great establishment from the friendly helpful staff to the really good free breakfast and the very nice room. We had a very good stay here!

Bad

In general staff was good. Breakfast was not great either day. Room was clean but a bit dated. TV only had local channels. Average stay. Not great but not terrible

The staff was rude and not helpful at all. We had a problem with the booking and the lady at the front desk was no help at all. Super rude and not helpful, we had to wait in the lobby over an hour for our room.

Nice aesthetics. Clean rooms. Breakfast was a loser. Coffee reman dry but was too strong to drink anyway. Not enough variety…..no bacon. Waffles were good though!

My Marriott status was also not recognized at check-in. I had requested a lower-floor room near the elevator, but neither request was accommodated or acknowledged. The room itself had several issues. One of the lamps was not working, and the TV was tilted and had no signal. Considering the high reviews for this hotel, I expected a much better experience, especially when it came to service and room condition.

Very poor

Thanks to the check in reception we were upgraded to a suite! Thank you!

The rooms where big and clean . Nothing was bad . Nice place
