Extended Stay America Select Suites - Oklahoma City - Bethany

We arrived at 10:45 pm, and the front desk was closed but had an after hours number. I called it about a dozen times. I also knocked loudly on the closed window. I asked two other guests if they knew another way to call the hotel staff on duty. Nothing. So we gave up and had to drive down the road and try our luck at another hotel. The other guests who tried to help said the front desk staff close up at 10 pm. So if you need to arrive after 10 pm, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

It had a kitchenette Staff at front desk super rude. Cheaply put together

Not much of anything I rented the room then I went to Walmart and came back and the room that I rented was not clean it was nasty dirty no bed sheets looks like housekeeping just never cleaned it then I went into the office and he's like oh I'm sorry and gave me another room four stories up and it was not much better worst experience ever

the exterior looked great untill you stepped into the room. first off the kitchenette with full fridge is very nice. most just have the mini fridge.and that's just about all the positive i can say. the floor was dirty your socks looked like you had worn them for a year. then the kitchenette didn't have any utensils nothing the hood light. stopped working and just was not clean. then i noticed black dots on and in the bed, floor, walls etc. i was told they were bed bugs. it was an experience not to be redone

No breakfast was offered. What I did like were the stove tops and full-size refrigerator in the room we were in. We were able to cook for ourselves and store our food in our room. Walking into the facility and the presence of someone smoking Marijuana was unbearable in the hallway. I had my children with me and them asking me what the smell was, I told them to ignore it. Also, upon checking in, having a team member at the hotel tell me when and when not to get supplies so as to not bother a certain woman (manager, I presume) who works in the office or she gets mad/upset. That was off-putting. I paid to stay here and seeing how my asking for things is an inconvenience to certain individuals makes me not want to even stay at this location again.

Staff asked if i was traveling alone multiple times, and front desk staff was in my room after i retrieved my luggage.

Andrea was great, welcoming and so professional. I really loved her spirit. I would definitely book again if needed. Thank you. The bed weren't too comfortable. Please exterminate as I did see some pest in the bathroom. The TV was kinda small as I do have slight vision issues. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and my pet, Pepper really did too ?

I highly recommend the extended stay in Bethany the rooms are really nice and comfortable. And the services are great.

Everything The Old Coil spring Beds

Although the front desk lady was great .. the property smelled like smoke all the time.. it was horrible experience with terribly poor amenities

It was convenient No ice machine

Location was good. But noisy from the freeway. Had to kill 2 roaches. Stayed about 2 weeks an no housekeepers ask to change my sheets or give me clean towels. 🤔
