Perfect for convention center activities
-
It was close to the venue The property was fine but there’s too many loud vehicles, it sounds like street racing. I had a hard time falling asleep because of the street traffic (and I sleep with earplugs)

Staff was very nice. Very clean property. Great breakfast selections and dining space.
-
Very nice place to stay close to popular places It was a bit awkward to check in with limited car spaces

Well it was nice clean hotel, but the bad part is we had a Dallas cowboys pillow stolen. We stayed two nights and when we got back from first night the pillow was gone. We went to make sure didn’t just slide under bed or misplaced it in the room. But it was completely gone. The only person who was in our room was the housekeeper and she was clueless acting. We asked if she picked up extra pillow. That’s when she said I not see cowboys pillow. We didn’t even ask if she seen the cowboys pillow kiss a pillow, so the fact she knew what we was talking about is clearly taken! This is ridiculous to have worry about having stuff stolen from us! We paid good money and I’m glad I hid my jewelry and expensive stuff or that could have been taken. It’s ridiculous to know I will now have to account for everything I bring to a hotel! This has put a horrible taste in my mouth! We asked the front desk and they said if we find it will send it back to you! Of course not going find it bc it was stolen and gone! Wouldn’t even offer a refund! This hotel sucked and also so loud from the trains and vehicles racing by all night long! We had to use sound machine and still didn’t cover the noises! So two nights of sleepless nights is the worse! Hope anyone who stays pays attention and doesn’t have their belongings taken like we did!

Only valet parking available in the property. Hotel can do minimum charge and allow customers to park in the parking is better for everyone.

Staff was great. Breakfast bar nice, some humidity issues but nothing dire.

I really like this hotel on my route 66 trip. Clean, modern, luxurious. The breakfast was average, nothing to write home about. The location is great. there is a park within 5 min walk and they had a open air concert. I saw lots of single people during the breakfast hour so if you are traveling alone this seems to be a good hotel. Safe and secure. I have really nothing to complain here. Actually maybe the $25 parking fee :-)

Friendly, helpful staff. Front desk staff was knowledgeable.
-
The location of this hotel is great for downtown and Bricktown. The room was spacious and clean.
-
The hotel itself was great and the staff also. The problem was the valet parking, which was very expensive and we had to leave before they came to work, and could not get out of the parking lot. The desk clerk did come out to help us. But we were almost late for our appointment.
-
Days and Hours for the bar should be listed somewhere. Maybe add security to the lobby for times when really busy as it was chaos with very loud teenagers and young adults. Also people were leaving their trash in the hallways. Nothing was really the hotels fault, more so other people staying there were very inconsiderate of others also staying at the same hotel.
-
Only one chair in the room. Parking was not adequate. Bar Staff could’ve been better. Noisy traffic outside the hotel could’ve been better for the price all and all everything was OK though.
-
Room, breakfast, and location was great. The parking situation. That sucked the worse.
-
The complimentary breakfast was a great perk.
-
The 4th flood has no sound proofing and it sounded like I was sleeping on the road. Cars and trains loud all night long.
-
The air conditioning unit was very loud and squeaky making it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was good. The location was perfect for us to attend the Galaxy Con
