The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was mostly helpful, except for requesting extra towels to our room, which were never delivered. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. The hotel was near to the capital and memorial.

Location to Bricktown was good. Overall, the facility is nice and inviting. Our shower kept backing up because the drain was clogged with hair. There is a dog right above us that cried and barked for two hours straight early in the morning. When we went to the swimming pool, there was trash all over the place. There was nobody there to clean it up. There was fruit all over the ground, big chunks of hair every where.

Loved this hotel it was perfect!

Overall the stay was excellent. Curbside check in of baggage and vehicle was kaisos. Our bags were not brought to our room so after 45 minutes I went down to the lobby and found them on a cart and took them to our room. This happened at about 3:45 PM .

Wonderful overnight stay. All the staff is so attentive. The pool was at capacity Saturday afternoon,so had to wait a bit to enjoy the pool , but other than that...it was a great time.

The room was spotless and still looks brand new. Parking was easy since it was a low key weekend in OKC, we did not valet. The staff is super kind and they have a text line you can ask anything to and they get back to you immediately.

I flew and didn't have a car. The food at the restaurants was delicious and reasonable in price for a hotel. The meeting rooms were comfortable. My bedroom was very comfortable and sleeping was a breeze on the mattress.
