Able to have casual food and a steakhouse dinner in one location. Absolutely loved Kelly, Rae, and Austin at OKC Taphouse!

I paid extra to stay at this newer 4-star hotel, and while the hotel itself was nice and modern, I was disappointed with the service.

The rooms are always clean and the staff is the very best help and so friendly. I love their breakfast options — especially the one that is more casual, with excellent, sweet pastries. We’ve always used valet parking and have had no problems. This is a favorite place of ours to stay — and we always spend one evening having drinks, great steak and fabulous sides and desserts at Bob’s, right in the building.

Pool The fact that you charged the $476.24 and labeled me a no-show when I showed up from my Booking.com reservation and had two reservations and spent over $3000 at the hotel. In charge my card $476.for a no-show when I actually paid the property over $3000.

Poor service at what is supposed to be an upscale hotel. Very disappointed for the price

I did not stay and left this property as they let me valet, check in and get settled only to discover there was no working live tv. We had to request a refund and left. Nothing else was offered by property management to appease us and entice us to enjoy the property. Very disappointing.
