Homewood Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City-West

There is a small hospital right begging it but there was never any sirens while we started. It was very quiet, but it was also a Tuesday night.

Excellent breakfast, quiet, clean, modern

Room was very clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional

Staff was helpful. And our room was clean and safe!

The hotel was immaculate and the room was very nice. The kitchenette was well stocked. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had way more items than most free hotels breakfasts. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent

Superb

Had a pool, gym and laundry...wonderful, except the door to them was locked. Not real convenient to use. When arriving at hotel to check in, the front door was locked. Must use your room key to unlock. This is great for security. Not so good when you don't have a key because you are just arriving to check in. Really not good as nobody was at the front desk, in full view from the door as I banged on it for quite some time. The standard "I'm really sorry for your inconvenience" wasn't sincere and did not mollify the mood created by the clerk's ineptness. Nevertheless, I heartily give five stars.

I really like the separate bedroom and living area s with a door ! Needs more parking

Exceptional

Spotless, spacious suite. Comfortable bed and pillows. Perfect!

Great place and we did not have a big group of family but we were able to see family outside together having a great time. We enjoy how big the rooms when traveling with a child.

My family came into town for a couple days to go to the water park. They have 6 children so the suite with two bedrooms, 3 beds, couch, 2 bathrooms, and and a kitchen was prefect. Definitely will be staying at this property again in the future.

Was out dated, chairs in room where very worn out. Sofa bed wasn’t comfortable and you can tell it needs replaced

Location surrounding by lots of restaurants and stores Was out dated, chairs in room where very worn out. Sofa bed wasn’t comfortable and you can tell it needs replaced

We had a comfortable and spacious room. The breakfast was good and all the staff in the morning were terrific. The only disappointment was the attitude at check in. It seemed like us checking in was an inconvenience to the front desk person.

Exceptional

The property is very dated. I was afraid to sit in the chairs at the table as they were scary looking. I also covered the sofa with towels for the duration of my stay in order to sit comfortably on it because it was also very scary looking. I always clean, wipe down and spray my hotel room no matter where I stay. But, I found that I really had to do a lot of cleaning here. The toilet was not properly cleaned. I was so grateful that I had cleaning wipes and Lysol. Otherwise, the staff was helpful and breakfast was ok.

The lukewarm shower. Minus 8 stars for the corporate decision to throttle down the hot water heater temperature in order to save money. Disgusting and unforgivable.
