Homewood Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City-West

Great place and we did not have a big group of family but we were able to see family outside together having a great time. We enjoy how big the rooms when traveling with a child.

My family came into town for a couple days to go to the water park. They have 6 children so the suite with two bedrooms, 3 beds, couch, 2 bathrooms, and and a kitchen was prefect. Definitely will be staying at this property again in the future.

We had a comfortable and spacious room. The breakfast was good and all the staff in the morning were terrific. The only disappointment was the attitude at check in. It seemed like us checking in was an inconvenience to the front desk person.

The property is very dated. I was afraid to sit in the chairs at the table as they were scary looking. I also covered the sofa with towels for the duration of my stay in order to sit comfortably on it because it was also very scary looking. I always clean, wipe down and spray my hotel room no matter where I stay. But, I found that I really had to do a lot of cleaning here. The toilet was not properly cleaned. I was so grateful that I had cleaning wipes and Lysol. Otherwise, the staff was helpful and breakfast was ok.

Need more bacon/ sausage!😛

Regardless of staying only 1 night, you pay a 75 dollar fee for having your dog there.. it’s 75 for up to 3 days. Why isn’t it 25 a night like other hotels??

Was amazing the whole stay. Loved the staff!

Perfect location with plenty of shopping and restaurant choices around it. Beds were comfy. Great breakfast choices.

The young man at the desk when we checked in Saturday afternoon on the 18th around 3:00 was amazing and very friendly. Checking out Sunday morning was a very different experience with the person at the desk when we checked out Sunday morning around 9:00. She was an older black lady. I approached the desk. She did not greet. I said hello without a response just a what do you need. She acted as if I was interrupting her work. I asked for a copy of the room charges due to what I suppose was a higher amount that was withheld at check in than what I received as a total from HOTEL.COM. She was rude in conversation, very curt and short tempered in her responses to my questions, cutting me off without letting me complete my sentence, etc. etc. She does not to be representing your hotel in her capacity at the desk. Please address this complaint with her. And for the record, I am a black woman so that my response to this review of your employee is not based on race, but service.

Was a very clean and spacious room, definitely would book again.

The room was clean and love that the kitchen had everything you needed including dishes and cookware. The breakfast they provided was excellent, it’s not just bagels and muffins. Great experience!

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive

The rooms reeked of pee and animals. You could see the pee stains that were cleaned up! There was a wad of hair that fell from the shower when we turned it on. I used Clorox to clean the shower due to the mold. That still wasn’t suitable even after scrubbing. The kitchen was the clean and the fridge was clean but THATS IT! No family should have to deal with this.

Very clean units, friendly staff and quiet at night!

Love the location. Great restaurants close a Walmart if you forget anything. We stay here every time we visit. There was nothing we don’t like.
