SureStay Hotel by Best Western Oklahoma City West

I was double charged for the room. It was paid before I checked in and the guy charged me again for the same room. He said it would go back on my card but hasn’t. Don’t stay here. They try to rip you off and place was not a nice place

Love the shampoo and conditioner they have but floors and bathrooms not the cleanest

Clean room, no waters, but that’s ok. Worth the price.

Clean nice and quiet

The housekeeping staff was a miss for me. No one spoke English, so communicating with them was challenging. They didnt clean well at all. Before I mentioned to the front staff, they completely DID NOT clean the bathroom(imagine what you would). Even after mentioning it to the front staff, they still didnt come back. The shower and tge shower curtain looked dirty even more so once it got wet, dingy yellow. I slept on my blanket and under my comforter. I refuse to sleep in or under the covers. Those even looked dingy. The microwave was rusted! The refrigerator was not clean. The room with the ONE washer and ONE dryer was filthy. It seems they never clean those or the room. I was not about to get ice from there. My OCD was at an all time high. While I was sitting in my car, I literally watched a housekeeper use a towel over the mop to mop a room THEN used that same towel over the mop to clean the outside ground AND wipe the ac down on the outside!

Our room smelled like pot very strong. Other then that very pleased with price and room

Our stay was okay for someone who was staying for one night. We had to request more wash cloths and towels, but that seems to be the norm at every hotel we stayed at on this trip. They were out of wash cloths and gave us hand towels to use in place of them. How does a hotel run out of wash cloths?? Breakfast was nothing spectacular. I have had better.

Very clean and comfortable. All good-no complaints.

It was well kept for an old, outdated facility. The breakfast was pitiful. Nothing but stale bread, the few yogurt, choices, and a couple of cereal choices. Also, the room needs more outlets.

Location was great, felt safe! Shower needs the non skid strips as the shower was very slippery.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, but it was a very basic breakfast.

The rooms were very nice. It was peaceful. The people who live there were out in the parking lot at nighttime making plenty of noise.

The room had an ashtray odor. We changed rooms which was better. The breakfast was a joke. Choices were white bread, mini muffin and Cheerios.

This price is relative to its quality. There is smoke smell and toilet was watering all night. Crazy place.

Only issue was our bed was on the same wall as the laundromat. The ice machine was extremely loud causing difficulties falling/staying asleep.
