Properties clean, and well kept, breakfast was adequate, but not extravagant

Good, not amazing but did the job for one night.

The room was clean, breakfast was decent. Our room had an issue where the latch didn’t latch and could be pushed open. The front desk staff didn’t seem particularly well trained or concerned about the issue. The were able to call maintenance after a brief discussion. Maintenance resolved the issue by removing the strike plate, which allowed the door to latch but didn’t feel particularly secure.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out process was fast and easy. Would definitely stay again.

The guest in other rooms were very loud. Playing music and being very loud couldn’t get a good nights rest

The hotel is good and the breakfast was great

Friendly staff. Quiet area. Would definitely stay again. Just wish housekeeping would have came to the room without having to request especially since my family I booked a four night stay.

Great hotel on ok location

The office staff in the afternoon was nice the evening could not understand my request of the TV not operatable or connect connecting to the Wi-Fi. The room was musty smelling obvious signs of mold and mildew within the room and bathroom. The breakfast service started at 7 o’clock was there at 7:05 AM the food was ice cold and very limited. The microwave area smelled like old socks. The surrounding area unkept.

Excellent breakfast, spotless rooms, and a prime, walkable location. Although the surrounding area has some street activity, the hotel remains secure and well-managed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Very high use facility. Needs to be refreshed. While it seemed clean, it felt dirty. Would not return.

Great hot breakfast huge room size very clean, staff was friendly The water in the pool was absolutely freezing did however have plenty clean towels to dry off with getting out of the pool the area was very clean and well maintained and hours for pool were great open later than most pools at other hotels.

I liked the rooms, very clean and carpets don’t smell bad. Beds were comfortable. It’s a plus to have a sofa bed and extra sheets for the room. Nothing

Clean room, breakfast was decent, lots of places to eat around the location. Several homeless people around the area though. As soon as we parked we were asked for change.

One bed was good but the sleeper sofas were not The staff were untrained and coukd not figure out my total price compared to my booking.com confirmed amount. They first were telling me amounts that did not add up to my confirmed total but I figured it out for them and they were incorrect. A manager was not available. They also would not get us some milk for a 1 year old we were traveling with even though I told them we would even leave to early for the free breakfast the next morning.

Clean. Nice location. Breakfast was the best here then where we've stayed before. We enjoyed our experience.

Fridge did not work, bathroom was moldy and rusty, and not in the greatest of areas.
