Radisson Hotel Oklahoma City Airport

If you’re looking a place to stay for a night (just sleeps) is a good place. The bathroom’s door was broken.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. But, breakfast ended at 9am.

Right off the highway Putting me in handicap room. Didn’t like the shower or toilet

Also, no fridge in the room, but no make or break!

I really appreciated a courtesy ride to the airport when I left. The bed was very comfortable so I had good nights sleep. I will be booking the Radisson again.

Yogish, the owner, was so kind. He definitely went above and beyond with his hospitality. The beds (inc pillows) were very comfortable and clean. I like pillows that stay plumped instead of flattening like pancakes under my head and neck. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. I would suggest a lamp or night light in the bathroom because as is, the light and fan come on together which is disturbing for family members sleeping while another gets up to use the bathroom. And please put more than 1 soap in bathroom: 1 for sink and 1 for shower. Also, hot breakfast was delicious! And it was a quiet hotel so we slept well. Thank you.

Property is recently under new management and is struggling. Smells like weed and mildew. Beds are vey hard and uncomfortable. Restaurant/bar staff was rude and unhelpful. My fiancé waited for a drink for almost 20 mins.. mind you she was only serving 4 other people. Manger of bar was snappy and rude to people in our group. We needed more towels were told they were out and gave a pool towels. Another family that was staying there was told there was no towels and needed to use what they had… we will not being staying there again if and when we go to OKC.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and of good value. If I need the same trip again, I will look this place up. Location was a bit difficult to get out of if going east.

It was nicer than we expected it to be, so appreciated the renovated rooms, the staff was also very nice!

Really nothing but the Location. Bed was comfortable. Walking in the front door stepping over trash on the entrance Matt. Front desk area messy and junky. Carpets need vacuuming. mold on ceiling in our bathroom, floor of shower dirty. I thought Radisson was a quality hotel chain.

The bed was very nice n soft and the hotel was close to stores and restaurants. Didn't like the location of hotel, the first day staying the Ac was on locked and we couldn't control the air so it was hot. Just all around it wasn't the place for us.

Wasn’t allowed to pay at the property, they canceled my reservation before I arrived, extremely rude and unprofessional

Location rooms were clean Close their breakfast early, the customer service as I seen them treat a customer was horrible, your booking said pay at arrival they gave their room away and owner was very rude and said he didn’t care about the group. We were suppose to have a refrigerator and we only had a microwave they said this hotel was under renovation and everyone was stuck with what was given. I wish we knew it was under construction we would have went to a better hotel.
