Microtel Oklahoma Cty Airport

Most definitely not your expected continental breakfast they had the typical waffle set up but the waffle mix was so runny it wouldn’t cook. They had two pieces of bread, no milk for your cereal and the cereal was stale. I asked the front desk for more waffle mix and he said they didn’t have anymore and he didn’t know how to make it. The bathroom floor flooded with water because the shower rod was bent and about to fall so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed. The couch was really brownish, but it was supposed to be a light blue. It’s a pull out bed. I definitely wouldn’t let nobody sleep on.the king size bed was very comfortable surprisingly very happy and thankful that I did bring my own blanket because the top cover was very dirty.it has a refrigerator and microwave and it actually had a little kitchen sink with a counter. You could tell it used to be a pretty decent motel, but it’s definitely ran down now.

I did not expect a hot tub and pool. Very nice. However, the salt water pool was too cold for us. My grandson LOVED the window seat. He made a "my size" bed on it. Our door had to be slammed to get it to close, but I forgot to mention it to staff, so it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was a bit kate getting set up, but staff attended to it right away when it was mentioned.

The staff however, were friendly.

The only bad thing was the hot tub jets didn’t work very well. And it was a little murky.

TV did not get any signal I reported that they came to room and said oh so sorry it doesn't work and left, no lamps next to bed

Good value for the price

It was so filthy and smelly that we didn’t stay. The carpets and chairs looked like they’d never been cleaned. The sheets had cigarette burn holes and black filth and bogs in the bed. There was marker likes child drew on the air conditioning unit and the bed. Just overall gross.

Clean smelled like cigarettes

To make matters worse, the issues didn’t stop there. Back in our room, the TV wasn’t working, and when we called the front desk for assistance, a staff member came up to try and fix it. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to do anything and promised that someone else would be sent up to resolve the issue, but no one ever came. Suddenly our phone stopped working. On top of all of that, we found someone else’s clothes tucked between the cushions of the window seat, which was honestly shocking. After all of these issues, we were left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It was a huge letdown.

Go in and clerk was nice, explained pool works but is freezing! (No heater?) Get to room and check it, clean on the surface until we start putting our stuff away and we find trash all under the sink and our young grandchild finds a Sex Toy! Clerk was somewhat apologetic but really just cared if the room looked clean. Go to pool and yes it’s absolutely Freezing!! Murky green and chlorinated bad!!! Try to go to bed to find pull out couch had clothes and makeup in it with no sheets, blanket or anything! Go to the desk again and of course he just keeps explaining that room was clean! Well fire your cleaning staff then!! Turned our three night stay into a one night and got out of there by 8 am the next morning!! And of course when we go to check out the new clerk is outside with the pile of homeless smoking pot. Had to wade past pot smoke and cursing and screaming to get to our car!

The pool was down for maintenance and that was mentioned no where. In the rooms there were marks, the outlet by the bed didn’t work, the light above the desk was out. The shower head was leaking and sprayed water everywhere.

Saw 2 mice in room. Very dirty. Pool is freezing not heated as advertised. Ac in room did not work well. Easy access to drugs as there is about 10 people in parking lot trying to ask people what drug they want.

The bed was very comfortable. It was clean and i felt safe in the location. It was a little loud sometimes, but overall, it was good. They could definately use some improvements on their breakfast. Pretty much just waffles and muffins. That would be my only negative feedback.

Breakfast wasnt the best plan to eat out

The hotel clean quiet but the breakfast was not good just waffles and toast and coffee juice machine was broke.so I went somewhere else for breakfast .Breakfast included was a deciding factor in my choice of where to stay

Amazing

Good on price would not stay there again not the cleanest rooms or property but the ac works better then anywhere else iv stayed all in all i would say not as advertised would give it a c-

This is a very basic hotel and was what we needed at the time.

Our room had cockroaches and the property overall smelled old and like cigarette smoke.
