hotel was in horrible condition and understaffed. told after we checked in that is being torn day in a few days

Showers were hot Waffle maker Beds were comfortable All areas were clean We really wished the TV would have been hooked to wifi for casting a movie from our phone.

The staff was great and the rooms were nice The walking dead it look like somebody tried to push my door in on my box truck good thing I had a lock on it parking could be better for bobtail trucks other than that beside the junkies next door

Staff accommodated late arrival, was friendly but not professional. Parking was not adequate, persons loitering in parking lot, facility not maintained and not clean. Smelled like mildew. Stains on bed linen.

The pool was nice. The bed was very comfortable My tv did not work. Only 2 ceiling lights worked. There wasn't a trash can in the room. There was no soap bar in the bathroom.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. When we got in the room. There wasn’t very many towels. I called down to the front desk to get more towels and the lady asked me why I needed more towels. There was only 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels and 1 wash clothes. When there is 2 people you need more than that. She was rude about it

The location of the hotel was in a Central location and very near my family that reside in OKC and the surrounding areas. There were plenty of stores to shop at and the area was very populated with a variety of different restaurants. I don't like to get dressed to leave the hotel for breakfast. I prefer to go down, eat a traditional hot breakfast and return to my room. Your hotel chain only now serves the cold breakfast with the mostly bread and cold cereal. A hot waffle can be made, but that's time consuming and several people are standing in line just to make them for themselves. My family and I desire eggs, bacon, sausages, etc..... Therefore we dress and just go out to eat. It Costs a little more, but other than that, we were satisfied.

The staff was not helpful at all. I booked online and they didn’t say anything about a $50 deposit when we got there she made us pay a $50 deposit then there were gunshots and people arguing and it just was not comfortable to be in. There’s a lot of homeless that hangs around and it was just very very very uncomfortable.

The bed was very comfortable The hot water was not hot at all . It was kinda cold

Speaking of handicapped.... I'm pretty sure that if you are going to offer services to handicapped people, then your property has to be ADA compliant. The automatic front door to the motel hasn't worked in over a month, the handicap lift for the swimming pool hasn't worked in longer than that, and the shower bench doesn't attach to the wall and slide when you try to get your handicapped loved one out of the shower. My husband was trying to come in on Saturday and the wind got a hold of the door after he struggled to get it open by himself and slammed it and shut on his face and arm. I am considering calling an attorney.

The price is reasonable Children aren't allowed to stay in rooms by themselves
