The District Hotel Club and Resorts

This is an aging property. It is not a bad place to stay if you are on a budget, but it is not a Class A property. It also may not appeal to all as it appears to serve as HQ for the LGBTQ community - the front desk clerks (night and day) were very helpful and courteous - they were also both transitioning from male to female. Juat a little offbeat for the straight crowd - BUT it was veey close to the Oklahoma Water Board and was a lower cost provider. I can't complain. In addition the some of the staff and guests added an exotic flair.

Lot of parking just not always close to your room. Use condoms around the room any see it if you move the furniture a little. Room don’t have enough plugs at all. Don’t have a refrigerator or a microwave. Air and heater work very well.

The property is within walking distance to many bars and small shops, but the place needs a lot of repairs.

This place is the way been going there for some time and has always been a great place to go for the lgbtq

Came along way from 3 years ago. You can tell the owner is putting his heart and soul into this resort. My friends always have a great time here. Only thing is no fridge or iron in a lot of the rooms :(

They need to fix up the property a little bit better for the amount of money we pay

Not family friendly. Do your research and review all pictures and research the area.

The first 2 nights were great, the 3rd night is another story. Never was allowed to check in to the room for the last night and had to book a room at a different hotel.

Older hotel but great location for the gayborhood. Plenty of parking. Staff is nice.

The desk clerk was more helpful than others that worked with the old Habana Inn. The former ones were rude and had an attitude. Definitely an improvement.

My only issue was that their internet was out (AT&T issue, not their fault), but because of that, they could not make a key for my room. I would have thought that they would have some sort of back up plan. I had to ask the dest clerk to let me back in every time I had left the room.

The room was spacious and clean. We had a suite and it had a nice kitchenette and sitting area which I highly recommend. We were very disappointed in the maintenance of the pools. The water was very cloudy and the ladders very rickety and unsafe. We had fun and the vibe was good.
