It was so great

Was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at because of the noise. I'm a light sleeper and could hear engines revving all night and people talking outside the room, which kept me up. Front desk was extremely nice and helpful, which was the best part of my stay. The property was maintained well, but the pool was dirty. My pillows smelled awful.

The hotel was nice and the staff and bartender was so friendly, our only issue is that there was Nats all in our room and we kept killing them, we were on the 1st floor.

Room was clean but dated, facilities were okay. But it’s a fair price for what you get.

Bed bugs. I got bitten several times and brought bed bugs home to my house now. The room also smelled bad. The elevator was filthy.

Fire alam went of twice in the middle of the night, visitor's said it also said it happend the night before. Staff said it was a handicapped person. The family should have been kicked out after the second time if they can't control the situation.

The staff was very nice and although outdated, the hotel was decently clean. The big issue I had was a total lack of hot or even warm water....even very late at night. The water pressure was pretty bad as well. We ended up not showering, instead of having a freezing cold one. But after trying for a while to get warm water and giving up, the shower dripped all...night...long. Seems like the plumbing and water heaters could use a major overhaul.

Exceptional

We were greeted with smiles and very friendly staff when we walked in. Our room was available before check-in time so they let us drop off our bags and get in our way. The room was clean, parking was easy. This was the second time my daughter and I stayed here while in town for a softball tournament, we will continue to return.

Location. Stayed there the last three years in June. There were ants in the room all over the bar beneath the Tv. Plumbing was iffy commode flushed once and stopped up. Told desk when we were leaving that morning and when we got back to the room the ants and commode problems had not been addressed. They moved us to another room across the hall. There were no ants but plumbing was still kinda iffy.

The pool was not clean. The night staff was extremely friendly.

The hotel would not let my daughter check in due to her age. They would not work with us on moving the date or refunding our money.

Staff was very cordial and accommodating elevators were not always working correctly. One didn’t work at all the first day. Not impressed since we were on the top floor.

Exceptional

The staff was excellent and I needed a late checkout and they accommodated me with no problem. Kudos to the front desk
