Upgraded to balcony room. Convenient location to dining, main roads, amenities and local attractions. Staff went above and beyond to help me with a non hotel related issue. Great price and I would recommend.

Breakfast not included. However, nice bar with some good options -- although there were several items on the menu that were not available.

The room smelled bad, the girl at the desk had tattoos all over, and did not look the part of a hote desk clerk especially for this property, expedia made me think this was the bricktown location, it was not, for being a United States Navy veteran the discount didn't do anything at all. I was charged $163 before I even arrived. It was supposed to he $140 tax and all according to expedia. Pain was literally peeling from the ceiling in the pool. The pool is supposedly heated but freezing cold. I don't have a problem with weed smokers but you could literally smell one of our neighbors weed over our already foul smelling room. 3 out of 10 stars due to smells, cold pool, desk staff, and other staff on the property that looked like they just got out of jail.

Though my stay was good I did have some issues this time around. I was given a first floor room that was handicapped accessible. Though I have no issue with that,however, the shower curtain was broken and allowed for water to get everywhere. Then the wall had rust, a faucet in the shower was held together with foil paper, and I had ants in the bathroom. I did bring this up to housekeeping and maintenance and the only thing resolved was the dead ants that were now left in the shower and the shower curtain replaced. I do like the location to the hotel itself because it is very close to OCU which is why I was there this weekend. Nonetheless, for the price of each night's stay I expected a lot better.

Location was just what we needed. I walked in to check in and there was no one up front. I waited a few moments before stepping outside and calling the hotel. The employee said I could check in early which was great news. While looking at my account, she mentioned that my booking was tied to another account and when I asked what that meant she explained no further. The toilet was dirty upon arrival and we were put on the first floor. There was a large group of young soccer players who were very loud and took over the lobby. The breakfast area was also not open when we left.

The hotel is pretty good given the area it is in. Its definitely a good place to stay if your visiting your kid at OCU. It's about 10 min away give or take with traffic. The front desk and house keeping employees are very professional and kind. The only downside is they don't clean your room unless you request it. Otherwise it's pretty good.

The location was convenient for us. Other than that the hotel was not good. Pool hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time. Had a LOT of algae in it. Staff was not very helpful. Service was poor and room had NO linens in it. Water pressure was low . Will not use Ramada again.
