Renaissance Waterford Oklahoma City Hotel

Booked online the day before, drove 4 hours to stay there, walked inside with my confirmation number only to be told I’m not found in the system and the only solution was to wait 30 minutes for someone “who has the answer”. The simple thing to do would have been “sorry for the inconvenience…let’s get you a room similar or better than the one you booked.” So we walked out and booked somewhere else.

Nice suites and close to everything we needed to do in the city.

Our room had a significant water leak in the closet, one of the ceiling tiles was completely soaked and the entire closet floor was wet.

Room clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and bar excellent.

The only bad things, was that my husband found a torn towel in the bathroom. They should be more careful with that

It was a great experience, there was a wedding party in the hotel as well that made it even better for me because I love a good festive party. The staff was prompt and courteous upon checking in and I was allowed to check out later in the afternoon which was very helpful.

Property could be nice but needs updating and money spent to bring up to standard. Pool chairs had no cushions and no umbrellas like shown on website, mismatched stained towels. Carpet in room was stained and nasty. Only 2 towels in room mismatched glasses, mini fridge made loud noises all night, air was on 60 when we got there it would go colder and never got below 75 actual temperature. Plug in bathroom did not work, my wife had to blow dry hai in room.

The room was for my son and his wife and family, but he said everything was excellent.

Great location for a once high end hotel. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. AC didn't work that well, windows were dirty, mold.in the shower. The pool (nice pool!) had a lot of non-hotel guests coming and going. Overall the place seemed like it was slow so they've cut staff.

The need for non-feather bedding was not followed through with. Had to reach out multiple times before finally securing it very late one night. No apologies or follow-up by staff regarding the issue. Several times the front desk was unmanned when we went by. Minimal parking, had to park on the street frequently.

This property is very nice, classy, clean, and easy to park at. We found the staff to be very kind and professional. We appreciate that they were always available and accommodating to our needs. It’s in a nice area of town so conveniently located to shopping and dining. We’ll definitely be back!

Pretty good

Great experience. Loved the lobby decor and check in was quick and easy. Bar closed at 10pm which worked perfectly for our late check in. Hotel is older but still beautiful and classy. Woukd stay again.

The staff were very nice though!

The staff was amazing, Especially Heather at the breakfast bar, we came down a little late one morning and the coffee was almost gone and what was left was cold so she made my wife and I a fresh pot and served it to us! Bravo! The food at the breakfast bar is MEH…should get better quality food! The only other negative I could really say is the Hotel rooms need to be freshened up and updated, they feel tired and old!

Great location, always clean, friendly staff!

This hotel has a nice group of staff in all areas. The hotel rooms are somewhat updated but bathrooms definitely need to be thoroughly cleaned and spills on walls wiped off. Bed was fine - pillows ok. Needs to be refreshed and understand that may be in the process.
