After dinner, our group arrived back at the hotel. A few members of our group decided to purchase a drink at The Milo. When we realized there was a Latin DJ on the rooftop bar, we all headed upstairs. The bartender at the rooftop bar accused one of our friends of sneaking drinks in from his room. The bartender made our friend go downstairs to prove he purchased the drink. The bartender at The Milo confirmed that the drink was purchased at the restaurant bar. Even at the rooftop pool that afternoon, the hotel staff was hovering and watching customers at the pool. Very strange atmosphere.

Very nice place and very clean. Safe area. I booked this place for my son and his new wife on their wedding night. Of course it was a late check in due to the wedding, but the front desk said there were not anymore king size bed rooms and they would have to stay in double queen room. When we reserved the room we reserved a king size bed room. So, not sure if this an expedia issue or the hotel not accommodating issue. Mind you they were still in their wedding clothes, so it was obvious.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The location is within walking distance to restaurants. Rooms are a bit small but well taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

Another reason we booked was because the hotel stated the restaurant was open until 11 PM. However, when we arrived, they were only serving drinks and no food, which was extremely disappointing after a long day of traveling. The sheets and pillows were honestly some of the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel — especially at this price point. For what they charge, the bedding quality felt cheap and uncomfortable, which was honestly insulting considering the nightly rate. To make matters worse, the fridge in the room did not work, so my medication that required refrigeration was not stored at a safe temperature overnight. Because there was no proper dog walking area as advertised, I had to walk my dog on the street, where he ended up getting bitten by another dog. That alone completely ruined the experience for me. Overall, this place felt like one big overpriced catfish. I also asked multiple times to speak with a manager and requested a callback, but nobody ever followed up with me. I would absolutely never stay at this hotel again.

It wasn't good, the booking was incorrect and we got charged for not staying there. We asked for a refund immediately after the booking and was told the request was denied. I asked the Engine rep who they spoke to at the hotel and was never emailed back.

Everything was amazing minus the restaurant. Food was terrible lacked any kind of flavor.

We did enjoy our stay after that point. I may give the hotel another try in the future but there are a lot of options in OKC.
