Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Oklahoma City North by IHG

Very disappointed. Specifically booked this one due to its amenities it had. I was charged an extra 35$ than originally agreed, no pull out bed, no pool table or arcade, AND to top it off I was told breakfast was until 10 by front desk at check in and went down at 9:05 and was REFUSED food. 5 minutes? Did it disappear? I’m 3 hours from home with my grandmother in Oklahoma heart after a heart attack and couldn’t eat after paying for breakfast(12$) room(165$) PLUS a 50$ DEPOSIT WHEN WE GOT THERE!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

staff is friendly , helpful , and smiled ! ( i'm from the east coast. that isn't the norm here ) about the bar / dinning room , its circled by the rooms so you here some sounds but not any thing crazy. ( i was on the 2nd floor ) if i go back to O K C i would stay there again, next to some of the coolest stuff around , from O N S Y , pigeon museum , the zoo , the zoo amphitheater e t c . worth the stay ! ...Joe...

The staff and stay was great!

The suite was nice. The lady that worked the night shift 6-18 6-19 was not very nice.

Nice breakfast

I was not able to connect to wi-fi and required a new membership with IHG. Shower took at least 7 minutes to warm up. Outlets on one side of the bed were not functional. Staff was polite and willing to assist and overall the stay was OK.

Pool was nice, hot tub was nice, rooms clean. The check in staff was as rude as they come! We was treated absolutely horrible by this woman!

Walking down the hallways with children smelling nothing but weed in the evening. Great look for IHG. There’s no parking enforcement. Left feeling completely unsafe and worried about my vehicle all night, especially when I kept parking away from and cars and would catch people loitering near my car that didn’t appear to even be staying here. I have no idea who is giving this place the scores they did, but this place is an easy 4/10, 5/10 on a great day. Much nicer places to stay for the same price that are brought up to 2026. Thank goodness this was just a quick stop before leaving the next morning. Yuck.

The 2nd night we came in late and our air conditioner was not working. We ran it on fan all night as we didn't want to change rooms at that time. The hotel has been renovated but the carpet is still old. The location was great for the area around the Devon park and seemed very safe

But management stepped in and gave me a refund.

We couldn’t even check in at 4 PM since there was a delay apart from that once we entered our room the two restrooms that were inside our room were dirty
