I had an issue with another hotel and needed a last minute reservation. They were incredibly helpful. The pool and hot tub were excellent. I will definitely stay again!

A poorly outdated unmaintained hotel

This is a great location for anyone visiting the zoo or the surrounding areas. The hotel is a little more dated, but we actually had a very nice stay. We weren’t looking for a luxury place and it was a very short drive to the zoo.

She was so pleasant, hardworking and seems to like her job and goes above and beyond. We also want to acknowledge Jocelyn at the front desk who checked us in and checked in several other family members who were in town for a nearby wedding. There were other employees at the desk but they made no move to open another line to expedite checkins. That seemed strange (and annoying) but we finally got checked in. Jocelyn also followed up with us via text after check-in to see if we were happy with the room and if there was anything we needed. I did ask them to spray the room as it smelled like cigarettes and was a no smoking room. She had someone on it and the smell became less noticeable.

The lady at the front desk, Patricia, was very nice. However, we went to our room and the door key wouldn't work. So went back and got new door keys and those wouldn't work either so they changed us to another room. The next room's air conditioner wasn't working. Maintenance came and said we needed to switch rooms. Room number 3 was good. There were several others dealing with AC and room key issues. I saw another person in the hall who had moved to 3 different rooms as well. Seems like it has not been well maintained.

The room was clean for a dated property. Breakfast was good and the lady working breakfast was so nice and accommodating.

Great place to stay will stay again.

Only thing we weren’t pleased with is that there is no Free Continental Breakfast at this Hotel. It’s an additional fee on top of your price per night. If you don’t add it on, it’s $14.00 per person over 12 years of age.

Hot tub was nice, room was dated and dirty feeling.

When we checked in the staff didn't give us the breakfast voucher while I booked pay for it, and then in the morning we come in get the plate for food the staff in restaurant asked us a voucher, what a embarrassed, after we got in room they gave a note our room side hot water tank broke down didn't have hot water that night tomorrow plumber come to fix it, the morning we check out walk through the hall the water drop out from the ceiling what a bad experience stayed a night in that hotel.

The hotel was nice, didnt get a chance to check out the pool. Bathroom and room were clean and looked great. Water pressure in shower was great. Only thing, if we wanted to eat the breakfast we had to pay extra. When did breakfast stop being complimentary at hotels? Im already spending over $200 and you expect me to pay another $30 for breakfast? No thanks. Bring back complimentary breakfast.

Room was immaculate. Pool was fantastic. No complaints. Five stars.
-
Very disappointed. Specifically booked this one due to its amenities it had. I was charged an extra 35$ than originally agreed, no pull out bed, no pool table or arcade, AND to top it off I was told breakfast was until 10 by front desk at check in and went down at 9:05 and was REFUSED food. 5 minutes? Did it disappear? I’m 3 hours from home with my grandmother in Oklahoma heart after a heart attack and couldn’t eat after paying for breakfast(12$) room(165$) PLUS a 50$ DEPOSIT WHEN WE GOT THERE!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

staff is friendly , helpful , and smiled ! ( i'm from the east coast. that isn't the norm here ) about the bar / dinning room , its circled by the rooms so you here some sounds but not any thing crazy. ( i was on the 2nd floor ) if i go back to O K C i would stay there again, next to some of the coolest stuff around , from O N S Y , pigeon museum , the zoo , the zoo amphitheater e t c . worth the stay ! ...Joe...
