OK Hotel

We got to the room and had to leave an extra deposit in cash. When we went to check out the front office was completely closed with no way contact them before 9am to get the deposit back. They failed to tell me I couldn’t get it back before 9 am. There was no lock on the room door. The table was pushed against the other door as if preventing it to be opened. The lights flickered, outlets with no cover, just visible wires. There was no tv remote, trash cans, blanket or pillows in the room. Since the lobby is closed from 12am - 9 am with no way to contact staff and we were coming from an event that didn’t get over before the lobby closed, we had no way to get the items needed or to change rooms or anything. In the morning there was a giant cockroach dead in front of our door inside the room. Very awful experience

Cleaning staff never showed up so no clean room and when we saw the room it looked like they had been robbed. We were told we could get a refund as we had to find last minute accommodations and they never answered the phone for the refund and will be doing a charge back on our credit card.

Saying this is a budget hotel is an understatement! Upon checking in, I was asked if I wanted to see the room. I thought was odd. I had never been asked that before. Then learned that refrigerators have been removed from rooms. I purposely booked with a fridge and microwave. The staff member was very accommodating and said he could get one. Seeing room, there are no blankets on beds. Was told they have all been removed. We needed and he got us a couple. Then there were no trash cans in room whatsoever. So we left our trash on corner floor. The heating/cooling unit was right next to bed because there was a sliding door to get to balcony. So having the air blowing on me for two nights made me sick. Bathroom needed a lot of work. Then the sidewalk outside going to car had a massive trip hazard. Granddaughter actually tripped on it. Also, there was no phone in room. That was a first for us. So the only good thing about the stay was the courteous staff at check-in and being clean room. No bugs! Will NOT go back! Oh, by the way, it has been 8 days since we checked out and we have not received refund on deposit yet. There is no phone number for property to get a hold of them. Phone number that I did find online does not work. Have tried multiple times and cannot reach them. I chatted with online support and they could not reach hotel either.

If you genuinely need a place to lay you’re head then yes but other than that hell no

Arrived at 3:30 room still wasn’t cleaned, asked for pillows as one bed had none by checkout two days later still never received pillows, and last but not least we had no hot water!

When we arrived there was ppl hanging out in the parking lot, I parked next to a car that was being worked on- when I walked in the hotel building door i smelled beer, the rooms are clean but super outdated, there are no blankets on the bed only sheets- The ppl there DONT SLEEP- I heard a baby crying for an hour and a half dogs barking ppl walking hard asf about my head ppl yelling and screaming (sounded like there were fighting) and this was all between 10pm-4am there was NEVER a quite hour of you stay please take ear plugs

Nothing Everything this hotel is the worst and have the nerve to ask for a deposit when the hotel water doesn’t work there is no breakfast bad or pool hell they working on cars in the parking lot no no no no

The building property needs more maintenance.
