Broadway Inn & Suites OKC

The workers are so rude , booked a 2 bed and they gave me a one bed, had to pay extra then what it said on the site then the bathroom doors had 2 big holes in them , vending machines closed , club too loud 0/10 would not recommend

Customer service superb. The gentlemen both very courteous and very friendly. Great location. Great rooms. Large comfortable clean well kept hotel. Recommend this hotel

Excellent water pressure in the shower. Too bad there was no shower curtain and the the tiles were cracked and caving in between the toilet and tub. Linens were questionably stained and the whole place had this.... Ick to it. Like the energy is just bad and the vibe is WAY off. AHS hotel type things.

We ended up leaving this property and not staying there. They only dealt with cash and the clientele that were hanging around did not look safe to us.

The rude and loud drug using guests

Very poorly maintained no smoke alarm furniture was damaged with jar missing from a chest and no phone to call staff with and when I called the online number they have listed. It just sent me into a loop and I never got a hold of anybody. They do not have security and there were very shady characters hanging out in the hallway and parking lot.

nothing I did not satay there I came to room smell like heavy cigarette worn carpet burned I wnet back to the front desk i want my money back

The ONLY good thing about that place was the beds were comfortable.

The workers No cable or good wifi

The missing drawer on the dresser that had exposed nails. They burn marks in the bedding. The ripped out smoke detector. Super dirty floors and towels.

Randomly see fent addicts in the hallways. Usually 2nd floor. Occasionally having randos (always men) Knocking on the door asking for someone else that's not in your room. (Just don't open the door and they go away with a "wrong room)...

The lady up front was nice. The room we originally booked fridge apparently wasn’t working so she gave us another room with a different bed set up but for the same price. They can’t control the people that come in. So it’s not their fault there was a bunch of dr*g use going around and sketchy people coming up to me. It’s definitely not a family friendly hotel. There was also blood stained on the chair in our room and smelt like a cigarette smoke shop. I believe they should have separate designated smoke rooms and pet rooms. My spouse had an allergic reaction from the cat hair all in our room.

The room needed a lot of work carpet was dirty. Refrigerator was not working. TV was not working when we got in the room front desk man did come and switch out remotes and got that going the floor around the toilet and a side of the floor on the bathtub was so loose thought it was gonna fall in toilet seat was larger than the toilet would slide to the side every time it was in use no breakfast. There was a lot of of sketchy people halls smelt like marijuana not good when you’re traveling with children.

Parking did not feel safe and general conditions show bad maintenance

Nothing really that I liked. Very unimpressed and didn't even have a working TV the whole time. The hotel was dirty and the people in the office were very demur in everything.

Fun place with great bar.
