Broadway Inn & Suites OKC

The workers are so rude , booked a 2 bed and they gave me a one bed, had to pay extra then what it said on the site then the bathroom doors had 2 big holes in them , vending machines closed , club too loud 0/10 would not recommend

Excellent water pressure in the shower. Too bad there was no shower curtain and the the tiles were cracked and caving in between the toilet and tub. Linens were questionably stained and the whole place had this.... Ick to it. Like the energy is just bad and the vibe is WAY off. AHS hotel type things.

We ended up leaving this property and not staying there. They only dealt with cash and the clientele that were hanging around did not look safe to us.

Very poorly maintained no smoke alarm furniture was damaged with jar missing from a chest and no phone to call staff with and when I called the online number they have listed. It just sent me into a loop and I never got a hold of anybody. They do not have security and there were very shady characters hanging out in the hallway and parking lot.

The ONLY good thing about that place was the beds were comfortable.

Randomly see fent addicts in the hallways. Usually 2nd floor. Occasionally having randos (always men) Knocking on the door asking for someone else that's not in your room. (Just don't open the door and they go away with a "wrong room)...

Parking did not feel safe and general conditions show bad maintenance

No there is a club there in the hotel that does not belong to the hotel so parking was a nightmare

Horrible cigarette/urine smell, thin walls, cigarrette burns through blankets, soaked carpet… genuinely disgusting condition and I would’ve requested a refund if that were an option.

There was plenty of parking and they have a bar with food although I didn't go in I went down stairs around 10pm and the food I could smell all the way down smelled so amazing and the music and the people it was nice.. The staff very much enjoyed this establishment will always when have a chance stay here!! 😊

Okay hotel outdated rooms still good size worked for a night but way way over priced for Joe old it is

It was strange that we had to enter and exit from the front door ONLY even though there were other more convenient doors. They made me pay a $40 cash deposit upon checking in. The pool and exercise room was closed.

The handle was broken. We were not offered any compensation for having to move or anything. Very disappointed.

Definitely not a safe area or propert. Holes in the walls. Cigarette burns in curtains and furniture. Fridge made loud noises constantly. Water damage on ceilings. Dirty halls. People slamming doors all night. Smoking in hallways. Elevator was dangerous and all buttons were mislabeled with what seemed to be spare parts. Parking lot full of trash and broken glass and alcohol bottles. Lobby trash cans piling over onto the floor.
