It was great!!

Clean room and staff

uncomfortable bed and pillows, had a hard time sleeping. all the pillows are high pillows. you need flat pillows where people can actually rest their head on and fall asleep without breaking their neck.

The good: beautiful lobby and super friendly staff. The bed was also really comfy.

Breakfast was amazing. Selection was plentiful. Something for everyone in the family. Only down side was our bathroom door needed some WD40 as it squeaked every time you open or closed it.

Our stay was excellent! We enjoyed hanging out in the game room every night, although very hot and humid in there. Staff was friendly and greeted us every time.

Water pressure was outstanding!!! Staff was super helpful!

Room was ok. A couple lights were unplugged and there were towels left from previous occupants. The ice machine did not work and when we attempted to get breakfast most items were out and what was left was burnt. Location was less than ideal. Drive in had several large potholes.

Staff was very inviting and attentive. Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was great! Would definitely come back and stay here again.

It was formerly a Hyatt Place so the room layout was the same. The property was completely remodeled. Everything looked new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Loved that it was tucked back off from the main road and that there was still plenty nearby to do. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful

The room was great with plenty of space. The location was just off Route 66 so it was convenient for sightseeing.

Breakfast and breakfast staff was excellent.

Room is clean, staff is amazing, love that they had a bar and amenity room, beds were comfortable it was a quiet area and parking is easy and free. If I want to be picky the fire place didn’t work and there’s not a lot around unless you’re willing to drive somewhere. It is worth the money but there are cheaper options with just as good a rating just with less amenities.

A little tucked away in an area unfrequented by traffic. The Winslow is a converted Hyatt Place with the exact layout of the Hyatt chain. Staff very friendly, hotel very good for traveling families. Not ideal if you are looking for close access to nightlife or shopping.
