See that beautiful looking hot tub that they had on their main picture it isn't beautiful and it isn't hot. I turned the that's on and before I could turn around and get in the pool there was so much foam that I turned the Jets off very dirty very gross water I stuck one foot in and it was really cold and I came out with a big piece of slime on my foot. Very disappointing as I usually I'm getting hotel rooms just for a staycation so that I can get in the pool and the hot tub and relax in this hot weather here in Oklahoma

Room was clean.

The room needed maintenance in several places like the bathroom. The sheets were stained and the TV kept going out and wouldn't work.

Ac unit wasn't working properly. Got a dusty, cheap fan from the front desk, it fell over in our room and broke. We left for a concert and when we returned were told we were locked out of our room, (that has all of our stuff in it) until we paid for the fan... a bit much but we did pay the 20 bucks and got new key cards😅

Front desk woman was friendly, the only positive part of our experience. There was a dirty spot on our comforter, an old burrito in the closet, our room took hours to cool down,

Nice clean stay

Hotel was perfectly acceptable cleaned for our 2 night stay. Bed was acceptable comfortable, lots of various pillows, TV had cable channels, a/c acceptable temperature and quiet. Amenities were good with a various complementary breakfast with lots of variety, including waffle maker, fresh fruit bananas and apples, strawberry yogurt hard boiled eggs and sausage egg cheese sandwich with a microwave to heat it up, individually wrapped. Cold cereal choices and lots of individually wrapped hostess donuts and Danish to choose from. Coffee hot pot and lots od various creamer and hot tea varieties. We used the hot tub, although small, had good jets and hot water. We didn't use the Adjoining pool but ut looked adequate, both indoors. Lots of free parking, safe area area the hotel. Overall Very Good Hotel Experience. Would stay again.

We didnt have any issues while we stayed here. Bonus go next door to the Classen Grill for breakfast it was amazing

No exaggeration, almost everything is broken & staff is less than helpful.

We checked in went to the room and within 30 minutes we demanded a refund and left. Bed sheets smelled and I killed 3 little black bugs that were on the bed then 1 jumped on my grand daughters. It look like a flea but not sure what kind of bug. The staff did promptly check us out and refund our payment.

Room smoky, key failed multiple times, no urgency with maintenance issues

Ok place to stay, bed was better then most places.

The place is terrible nasty the covers looked like they hadn’t been washed and had burn holes in it the floor had stains all over it and the chair was nasty and dirty I was scared to sit in it the toilet seat had some black stained on it also

Good location, electronic key had to be jiggled.

The room was clean but we'll used. The hallways were clean. The parking lot can get crowded on weekends. The breakfast is what youd expect for a free breakfast. I wish they would clean the room between the days that we stay without us having to ask.
