Comfort Inn & Suites Olive Branch Old Towne

The only bad thing is that the shower has no door 😅 a little messy and the laundry room only has one washer and one dryer, had to wait for another guest to finish.

This hotel was kinda off the Hwy which can be good. There’s restaurants and shopping right around. The hotel was nice

Location

Superb

Superb

The hotel grounds and the lobby were fantastic. The staff very cordial. The room not so much. The carpet had stains. The refrigerator was leaking water and bathroom only had two towels two hand towels and one wash cloth. The air conditioner was really loud and you could not control it. It seems they may have been renovating still.

Bad

Great overall

Superb

The front desk guy was super cool and helpful.

teeth on the floor with some blood splatters.

Clean room. Very quiet location. A/C was good and cold.

Pleasant

Hotel was not in a bad location room could have been cleaner with a better smell bathroom especially could’ve used the extra touchup. Someone else’s hair was in our bathroom. There was like blood stains on one of the beds. We had a double bedroom the snack portion for you to buy stuff late at night really didn’t have many options and neither did the breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, quit room.

Like mildew. They did not provide ANY towels, washcloths, or soap. Breakfast was just blah. They offered a country gravy that was in an old crockpot. And the gravy looked like it probably was used all week. Was ok for the short time I needed it for but would not recommend highly if visiting the city. Good for somewhere to lay your head.

Location is great! Beds were very comfy and the shower was amazing!

Exceptional

Won’t book again

Location is private and quiet. This is my second stay and disappointed each time. I only stayed this second time because it was a comp from the first visit being awful. Well this time wasn’t too much better. Door to the room didn’t lock. The first room they assigned smelled of urine strong. Changed the room the second room was the door issue they then changed the room the next day to a room that wasn’t clean after we returned later so they had to find another room. This hotel has been open less than 2 years and if you didn’t know that you would think it was older.
