Good value for the money Fan stays on in bathroom when light on all time

Amazing staff and room. I was surprised for my room to be a nice as it was for the price. Everyone was super helpful and understanding when I had an extra guest.

We are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel and the staff was very courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and the hotel itself including the parking lot was clean. I will recommend anyone to stay there and my wife and I will definitely be staying there when we come to visit again.

I like the room I don’t like that I booked for a king size bed and I was giving a full size bed and I booked for this room a week in advance

The location and how the rooms are design for comfort

The location is good There were bugs in the bed. I had bites on me for weeks. I left early and wasn't given a refund or anything

Bed was very soft and clean. No elevator

The suite setup All the stomping on the floor above me.

Put in my room as a “no show” after I called multiple times hours before my check in saying I will be a day late due to snow storm and called the day of at 12 pm and said I would be there around 6pm and they cancelled my booking (I had booked 1 month) my wife and infant child sat in the lobby for 2 hours trying to get the room rebooked. Worst experience I’ve had.

The stay was terrible the room was cold with heater on 95 degress the hot water was like warm trash was by elavator when u made it there and was still there when i check out

Desk clerk was helpful and friendly. Bath mat looked dirty.

Bed was comfortable and the place was clean There was a group of kids/people that were outside the the hotel on the grounds playing all night. They shot firecrackers off at 2 am! I really wished the staff would have enforced some quiet rules
