TownePlace Suites by Marriott Memphis Olive Branch

Exceptional

The rooms were clean. My only issue was the AC. It had mold in the vents and I was stuffy every night. Other than that every thing was great. Breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast and everything started stocked. The young lady who stocked the breakfast bar was a sweetheart as well. I’d def stay here again. Very close to food and a Walmart.

I stayed 3 Nights recently and loved my stay. I was on the 4th Floor and overlooked the Parking Lot. This was convenient, as it allowed me to see my vehicle throughout my stay. In addition, the room was a suite, which was superb for me. There was plenty of storage and the access to two closet spaces were phenomenal. The only critical comment to be offered pertains to the breakfast... it's ok if you are truly hungry, otherwise skip it and find you the nearby iHop. The food was just blah, and I could also see it on other people's faces and lack of interest in it. Lastly, where the hotel is located is convenient to walking both to Walmart, Restaurants, Fast Food and even some stores; while still appearing secluded and unbothered by their traffic.

Passable

After such a long drive, meeting the Front Desk Manager was such a pleasant and friendly surprise. He made the entire check-in and stay a 10 star plus experience!

I truly enjoyed my stay❤️

I liked the breakfast, location and overall service.

Great location. Everything that you need is walking distance. Nothing

It was nice, just sucked when the power went out due to a storm but no one came to let any one staying there about it or reasure us things were being handled

The rooms was clean, staff friendly, overall it was amazing.

Very good

Everything was perfect, the front desk staff is amazing every time I stay. They are quick to check you in and are SUPER helpful with anything you might need. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the pool was crystal clear. 10/10! This hotel is my go-to anytime I’m in the area!

Clean room. Only minus was that the microwave didn’t work. Staff was super friendly. Gym was clean. We didn’t use the pool.

The room, a king suite, was very poorly designed to have a pull-out sofa bed. The pull-out jutted against the king bed and was an obstacle to getting out of bed without having to crawl over my wife and wake her up. The pull-out mattress had a spring coming out of the bottom, which cut my finger as I opened it. We were horrified to see a huge stain on the mattress cover. Very nasty. Disappointing stay.
