Greta place to stay and very friendly staff
-
One of the best hotels in Omaha!
-
Room should be little bit bigger and breakfast needs more improvement.

informed upon check in that because WiFi, a therefore the TV, were cutting in and out that we would get free breakfast. Girl was very nice, efficient, and knew where I was from! The furniture in the lobby and carpets there, halls, and even in my room were dirty. My room was a typical Aloft room, half the lights didn't work, but I love the bathrooms and the windows in my room let in a lot of light. I was so busy that afternoon and early evening that I hadn't realized that our bed was a queen. I had booked a king, so was VERY disappointed, but felt it was too late to say anything ... I do book a king for a reason, so whenever we are changed to a queen room, it's hard on my husband and I to work with that. The next morning I was down bright and early for breakfast and lady helping was AWESOME. I also needed something from housekeeping, and the girls were GREAT. Pros: Staff and Bathroom Cons: Queen Bed

We stayed two nights, one full day. This hotel is 'tech-forward', I suppose. The vibe is modern, trendy. Our room's layout was non-traditional, as were the furnishings and decor, although it was pleasant and interesting, The good: A walk-in shower with soap and shampoo dispensers. Decor was original and interesting. A good light blocking curtain. Large, lighted mirror. Room was quiet except for significant noise of toilet flushing from next room. They prepare coffee in a space off the entrance in the morning. The bad: the desk clerk when we checked in displayed obvious disinterest. We had to ask for a second key card. No one told us that there is a switch inside the door that controls outlets and light on either side of the bed. After we figured that out, the light turned on, but the outlets still didn't work. Towels were stingy. They didn't do maid service next day. We had to ask for fresh towels, which were cheerfully delivered. Towel quality is about like Motel 6. The toilet paper seems to be some odd, thin, fragile organic concoction.

We had a great stay at Aksarben Aloft Omaha! The location is perfect, especially if you're visiting Baxter Arena. The hotel has fun games and common areas that kept our family entertained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We'd definitely stay here again!

Parking was good

Internet was out the entire stay. We weren’t told until after checking in. We purchased breakfast for 2 thinking there would be a restaurant but it was just a few easy breakfast items to microwave in the lobby.
-
Air was working at about 50% and they weren't able to do anything about it.

We stay here often as it is convenient. We like the motel and find it is nice and clean. I do wish they had more private bathrooms, but other than that we have always been happy with our stay and it is usually priced pretty reasonable.

Love this modern sleek hotel with creative design and spacious comfort! We had a booth style table in room that was comfortable to sit at even for my 6'1" husband!! The lobby had great seating, bar and games. The location was fantastic to walk to tasty trendy restaurants and bakeries nearby. We LOVED our stay as it was also close to hospital and centrally located with a short drive to the Market downtown. Highly recommend!! The price point was fair. We loved eating at Saffron and the deli close by had a fair breakfast sandwich. Check out the Kitchen Table for farm to table breakfast near the Market downtown!

This was my graduation trip, and honestly the hotel was the worst part. At check in, no one explained the amenities, and the ice machines were down. At checkout staff continued a conversation while we waited (Staff: African American lady and man). When finally helped I was told a receipt would be emailed but no one confirmed my email. When I asked, they gave another guest’s name. I corrected it and provided my email, but it still was not confirmed. We were never asked about our stay, and I still have not received a receipt. Overall, very disappointing

Ultra modern Euro-Chic vibe. Barebones amenities. No kitchen except for purchased candies and pastries (limited supplies) a la carte breakfast items reheated by microwave in back room. Modernist furnishings.
