Hampton Inn Omaha Midtown-Aksarben Area

The hotel room was very clean and spacious. Location was nice as well, there was a Starbucks right there in the parking lot. We also appreciated the breakfast provided.

I would be fine with staying here again. I just wouldn’t go out of my way to do it.

Our room was so big & clean! The couch bed was even comfortable for my son. Breakfast was great & my kids loved the pool.

Staff was ok. Location was good. Kids enjoyed the pool. The $75 "pet fee" was ridiculous. They stated a "deep clean" was needed after each stay and 1-4 days stay was a $75 charge (ends up being around $85 after hotel tax etc).

Deep cleaning and extermination is needed.

Very clean, very kind staff, the only drawback was the breakfast did not have much for options or seating.

The Room was exceptional. We had a great stay here. We will use Hampton again in our travels.

Great place for a family of 6. We got a suite with 2 queens & a pull out couch. Pool was nice when it wasn’t crowded. The breakfasts were good.

Loved them great breakfast. the location is great. Very clean. The staff was outstanding. My wife was at Bergan Mercy Hospital having a procedure. I wish i could have gotten a reduced rate.

Over all very good, but as I got ready to fall asleep, found 2-3 long dark hairs that were obviously not mine on the pillows… that for me tainted an otherwise very nice room…

The morning of my departure I spoke to a young male and he was very helpful regarding my driving options. He was very kind and courteous. I checked in with my pet and the lady at the reception had poor customer service skills. When i approached the counter, I greeted her and she didn’t bother to answer me back. If she had a bad day, maybe she could change her attitude to improve herself and be more courteous with the guests. I was trying to ask her questions regarding my pet and she was very unkind and I figured to stop asking questions.

Maybe this is standard today but the beds didn’t get made or the trash picked up? Other than that very satisfied.

I had a King bed room. The only chair was the deak chair. There was plenty of room for a comfortable chair or even a lobe seat, but nothing was in the area except an end table. An end table with no seat next to it. Humm. They said they were still working on getting the rooms ready. It appeared to me that they should have finished the rooms before using them. The water in the hot tub was pretty cloudy and needed changed. Fortunately, or unfortunately for me, they changed it out the next morning when I was heading there with a cup of coffee at 8am. Oh well, wasn't my best stay at a Hampton, but wasn't my worse stay either.

Hard time getting to sleep, after 10pm,lot of jumping and running upstairs....

Good location, bed was comfy The floor into our room and bathroom were not clean. One bathroom had a dried up contact on the floor. It was very sticky also. The tile around the indoor pool was very slick. The kids fell twice.

Great staff! They took care of all our needs. Very clean and comfortable.

This was a very clean and well kept hotel! The front desk was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful! We loved it and would stay again!

This place is in a great location! Easy access to I 80. It is very clean, with a good breakfast. I only have 1 complaint. They need better pillows! They were super flat and very uncomfortable

The location was great. The room was very comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Felt safe. The bar soap in the bathroom was too harsh for sensitive skin. I would have liked to have more channels to choose from on the tv.
